Answer:	I have a retractable flag pole and this installed easily. I was able to remove the gold ball topper, placed the light on the ball rod and screwed the ball ornament back in place and had just enough room to tighten in place.

Question:	My light has been up for 3 days and is not working, does it take a few days
Answer:	No it should not take 3 days . Try pushing the little white button on the bottom one time and have it in the sun so it can collect the solar. I have emailed this company about a need for directions that need to be sent with this light. It should have been a given but guess they don’t see that. Make sure you comment in your feedback.

CHARGING AND OPERATION:

1.When the switch is at the ”LOW” position, light intensity should be lower; when the switch is at the “HIGH” position,the light intensity is higher.

2.Charge the solar product by placing it under direct sunshine for at least 8 hours.

3.Illumination time after full charge :5-6 hours at “HIGH” level, 9-12 hours at “LOW” level in Summer.

Answer:	I think it does a fairly good job as long as the wind is not blowing over 10 miles an hr, then you can only see about half the flag. I think a spot light from below on the ground or pole is better!

Answer:	The extra switch is for the LOW/HIGH feature of this particular Halo light. The LOW setting works just fine for me and puts out more than enough light for anyone driving down the road at 3:00am to see my flag from over 100 ft. away.

Answer:	The light assembly is lite weight, your flag(s) would cause more of a wind drag than the light. So, no.
Question:	Will this work on a house mount flag pole
Answer:	I believe that it could work with some adaptation. A threaded adapter of 1/2" diameter would have to be fashioned to also fit the inside diameter of the flagpole. I might suggest a hardware store that would stock a variety of 6"-8" long plastic screws where the shank of the screw is a larger diameter than the threaded portion.

Answer:	Unscrew the ball at the top of the flag. Place light over top of pole. Then screw ball back on. If you don't have a ball at the top of the flag pole as we didn't, use a threaded bolt, a washer, and a nut.

Answer:	I THINK SO, I HAVE 1.50 AT THE TOP.
Question:	Will this fit the 20 ft commercial sectional flag pole
Answer:	This light mounts using the bolt that holds the top orb on the pole. The orb on my pole was long enough that all I had to do was unscrew the orb, place the light on the bolt and screw the orb onto the pole. As I said on my review this light works great but if there is only the one hole in the bottom I would add some more as water can get in the light and short it out. The holes give the water a way to escape.
