Included is a standard three foot by five foot American flag, a three-piece steel pole, ¾" steel mounting bracket, a decorative gold eagle, & mounting rings. The printed flag is made from durable polycot ton, & it has a traditional look & feel, making it suitable for any flag-flying holiday. This durable polycot ton flag can withstand wind & harsh weather conditions. On the left edge of the flag are two brass grommets that can be used to secure the flag to the pole. The three pole piece join together to create a six-foot flagpole with a standard one" diameter. Join the pole sections by inserting the tapered end into the plain end. The decorative gold eagle can be inserted at the top of the flagpole. To attach the poly cotton ton flag to the pole, use the included plastic rings. The rings have screws that go through the brass grommets. These rings can be slid onto the pole. We recommend only finger tightening these securing rings. Answer:	I don't know the answer by guage, I can tell you that the flag is the cheapest and after a windy day the pole bent. We have removed 1 length to see if it helps.

Answer:	We are disappointed in this pole. After we got it set up according to directions, we had a storm come through. One big blast of wind caused the second section from the bottom of the pole to bend causing the pole to fall. The section is not repairable but could be easily replaced with a new section. We have contacted the company, they asked for pictures and we sent them. All we want is a 4 foot section to replace the damaged section. They will not respond back to us even after multiple attempts on our part for an answer. I am not impressed with the quality of the pole or customer service. We now have a 16' flag pole rather than the 20' one we purchased.
Question:	How do you configure the rope? The instructions are vague, & not in a English I understand
Answer:	Before erecting the pole, assemble the ball and truck and attach it to the top pole section. Thread the rope through the pulley on the truck and tie the ends together with a square knot. Attach one of the flag clips 18" above the knot and the other 18" below the knot. Pull the rope so that a flag clip is next to the pulley on the outside line. Assemble the rest of the pole sections and insert the pole into the ground mount. Pull down on the outside rope cord and attach the flag!
