Answer:	This is a question for the manufacturer. I don't see why not. I would suggest using distilled water since I did not use in mine and the machine got clogged up and stopped working.

Answer:	I had the copper bowl version for years and loved it. I replaced it with this one. The copper one was prettier. However, I am enjoying the black plastic one just as much.

Answer:	Hi Scott. I use mine indoors HOWEVER if you go on You Tube, they all seem to be outdoors. I know I read somewhere indoors OR outdoors. I also got a lot of additional information online. The fountain is beautiful and very good quality. The manufacturer gives instruction on how to set-up on You Tube. Check it out.

Answer:	I believe it is real copper... not a heavy grade. I have this and like it. I thought it was a little pricey but never found anything else quite like it. Be sure and use distilled water.

Answer:	No, it isn't strong enough to splash. I was VERY disappointed in it. It wasn't strong enough to even hear the chimes. I spent nearly $100 on it and sold it in a garage sale for $10.

Answer:	I don't remember seeing the height measurement, but to get close to 35" must be from the hook to the bottom piece that swings. For me the size is just fine whatever it is. I've bought a 2nd one even, I like them so much!

Answer:	Hi Ed - Our bamboo chimes are handmade by Balinese artisans and so they aren't all exactly alike. With that said, the longest tube is approximately 16" long. I hope this helps!
Question:	how to treat when dried out
Answer:	Hi Allen - I'm not sure how dried out your bamboo chimes are or exactly what you could do to infuse moisture back into them, but here's our bamboo chime care info: Bring your chimes in during extreme weather or windstorms. If you live in the north, bring your chimes in during the harsh winter months and store it in an unheated area, such as a shed or garage. Occasionally wipe off your chimes with a damp cloth to remove build-up or mold. Every spring, provide added weather protection by applying a coat of varnish on your chime (you'll want to wipe off the chime before doing this!). I hope this helps!
