Answer:	There is not a handset that will do what the factory hand mic will do. You would have to make an adapter that would go from the iCom ethernet style plug, which is the HM243 Mic. The iCom plug allows control functions Such as volume and user programmable functions as well as the PTT and audio in and out. This mic only has the two pins. One to activate the PTT and the other for the mike and RX audio. iCom part number OPC589 could be used with a homemade adapter or hardwiring into this handset.

There are many configurations you can make because the shelves are of different widths and can be moved off of the base or used on either the upper or lower shelf. This shelf is designed particularly for under the sink where the pipes want to interfere - with a few possible exceptions. But in your case I'd say it would work for you.
