Question:	Does this work when temperatures drop to below freezing
Answer:	When it freezes below about 20 you have to drain it to protect the coils. That said, you may start the water and fire it up when it is below freezing, just remember to drain it once it cools off.... Our unit works on a single handle application, it just has to be set at a lower temp.
Question:	Can this unit be exposed to weather
Answer:	yes....just dont let it freeze...great unit....i use it off grid so battery ignition is great.....20 min hot water at a time just let it rest for 5 and its ready to go again
Question:	How long does a 20 gallon propane tank last with this unit
Answer:	it's hard to say... depending on usage but I have also used the smaller unit L5.... I found it was just about as fast.... maybe not as hot in colder season but much more efficient on propane. I used the L5 more than than my new L10 and had a month of use.... doing dishes washing up and showers for one person (month of October in the Canadian Maritimes) out of a 5 lb tank.... I was thrilled... I changed to L10 because I foolishly let the L5 freeze and cracked some parts (which I intend to fix) but L5 were back ordered and I needed a unit quickly... love the L10 but it's using more propane... hope it helps
Question:	Is it possible to mount this product on outside of travel trailer? If so, what precautionary steps should be taken
Answer:	I wouldn't: you can, however, mount it to a fixture that can be secured to a stand. (meaning, it's easy to steal) I don't believe that it was designed to be mounted to a travel trailer, though you can always contact the manufacturer, and ask them.

Answer:	I only remember 1 but not sure

Answer:	It's not very heavy, but it does the job. The only problem I found with it is that the metal pieces that hold up the wooden handle get hot, so you have to be careful to not get burned.
Question:	Can you cook two grilled cheese at once
Answer:	Hot water and the dish cloth ..... but you should know that I oiled it lightly before use and after each cleaning.
Question:	are all the removable plate grills non-stick
Answer:	Yes, mine was slightly seasoned. However, I seasoned mine again. Remove the handle, oil it, and bake it at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let cool in the oven.

Question:	Again, about the Cuisinart stainless steel grill set (didn't have room), will the Cuisinart slide off skewers fit in the space for the cleaning brush
Answer:	The skewers have their own little space. There's 8 small straps that hold them in place. The cleaning brush only has two straps and it's sized bigger for the size of the cleaning brush. It wouldn't fit.
Question:	I’ve had this for a while and it’s worn out. Can I just buy the replacement head
Answer:	Sorry, My brush is shot also, and have yet to find a replacement for the steel brush.

Answer:	The picture is the absolute right color. These are WONDERFUL to use. the color would called sort of a taupe, I think, with an added bit of yellow ro give them some life, binding is dark grey. Answer:	It's possible, but usually these liners are just used for the bottom of a baking pan/ countertops to make bread. I haven't used this technique. Hopefully it works out in your favor!

Answer:	No, it has a slightly shiny surface and it’s mildly tacky in texture. This is meant as a parchment paper replacement for baking.

I think it can be used in the rain but not made for submarine duty.
