Answer:	The skewers have their own little space. There's 8 small straps that hold them in place. The cleaning brush only has two straps and it's sized bigger for the size of the cleaning brush. It wouldn't fit.

Answer:	I believe you will be just fine with using wood. Just move the pan closer to the wok. I have had mine maxed out as far as heat does and it did just fine.

Answer:	Yes, you can smoke full briskets; with water pan if the pan is not too large. Would be perfect for a patio. That's where ours is. one thing, though. It needs to be covered when it rains as it is not water proof. Leaks around the lid. Love it though. This is our third one in about 40 years.
