Answer:	Hi, Yes they can be used in the oven. Put whatever you are cooking directly onto the soaked plank and then directly onto the oven rack. It's a good idea to put a cookie sheet or some tinfoil underneath to catch any drippings. Happy Grillin!

This is because they can get quite charred on the grill which makes for a fantastic smokey flavor but a plank that is pretty much used up. That being said, if you are able to control the flair ups or you use the plank in the oven, you may see that your plank could be used again. If that is the case, we recommend that you rinse the plank thoroughly and get all of the food stuffs off. Then freeze the plank. Answer:	I use each one once. I soak for a good 3-4 hours submerged in water. Place directly over the hot coals on my weber grill, but i have used gas as well. These planks are a good size for 3 salmon steaks, 3-4 boneless pork chops - 3-4 chicken breasts (any kind skin/bone on or off). I find that the wood is pretty much burnt on the bottom and generally bowed somewhat from the heat, but the food is exquisitely cooked and flavoured.

Answer:	I have an old 4 burner Char-Broil commercial series that is two spark (1 grill, 1 side-burner) The 2 spark universal lock nut measures at 7/8" but this is actually considered 5/8" where the ring screws onto. For older models, get the 4 spark universal which will have a 1" locking Ring and a 7/8" diameter opening. That 1" lock ring will be larger than the grills precut whole, allowing it to lock in place. Also measure your existing dimensions as some grills have the metal box thst will cover your igniter. Some folks prefer to keep everything like for like.

Are the 4 terminal wires included included

check the battery, make shore you have a new battery (Duracell) and the battery is facing the right direction have gas turned off before working on BBQ. check the wires to be connected one grounded to frame of BBQ the other on the igniter rod have at least 1/8 to 1/4 spacing to gas tube hit the botton and there should hear a sparking sound, no sound could be a defective igniter. ( make shore the spring is in place.
