Answer:	No but they are two pieces that hold charcoal and can be separated. You could easily put a container of water between them and cook with indirect heat. Love this grill!
Question:	Will this grill grate fit a stoke drum grill
Answer:	If you are referring to the insert, it is not hinged. There are a number of inserts which sit in the space in the middle for cooking. I have used the center as a normal grill but have also used a pizza stone and another insert which is perfect for grilling vegetables or standing up fowl (using a can shaped center insert) for beer can chicken, etc. If you are referring to the hinged grate on the sides, they open and close easily but do not come off the grill entirely.
Question:	I saw an accesory for barbecues where there is kind of long crate the goes in the middle of the charcoal grill and you can put water in it
Answer:	I think so, I’m not sure enough
Question:	Does the removable grate/pan come unhinged easily
Answer:	I am unsure. Plus they have horrible methodology of labeling their equipment to figure it out. I also have the power duet of blender food processor. Since it is rather old, I can tell you the numbers on the bottom of mine: duo smartpower, model number FPB - 5CH. I don't know if that gives you any help. I just went on a wing and a prayer and luckily it worked for me .

As of November, 2018, Weber uses a “dual source” approach to the manufacture of Weber’s Genesis II series gas grills. Some of the Genesis II grills are manufactured at our plant in Palatine, Illinois using globally sourced component parts. Some of our Genesis II grills are manufactured in China. The quality of the Genesis II grills are identical, no matter where they are sourced from, and the warranty you receive with a Genesis II grill is also identical.
