Answer:	This angle grinder from Makita GA7031Y is AC/DC as denoted by the Alternating or Direct Current Symbol on its label. The switch is automatic, you don't have an actual "switch" to slide, flip or press. Simply plug it in and it should work fine. I run mine on my welding machine (AC) and my older machine (DC). No issues so far. As for the location, the AC/DC switch is the switch that turns the grinder on and off.

Answer:	8 5/8" x 14 3/4" grate..... (9 1/4 " wide to O/S pins 11" to center of pins holes) If you own a Napoleon Prestige Model 500 (RSIB) it will work.... and no more cast iron flakes on your food
