Answer:	It comes with a coating. Don't know if it is preseasoned but food does not stick. I bought 2 of them. Last weekend cooked 5 lbs hamburger, 1 lb bacon, 3 steaks, 8 fried eggs. Nothing stuck, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the Blackstone.
Question:	When i use my grill sometimes i'll turn off the burners then back on. sometimes they turn on very low. anyone else
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our griddles have a safety feature with the regulators. If the propane was not turned off completely or in the exact steps, the regulator will prevent much gas flow from going through the regulator the next time. I have noticed that our recent batch of regulators are more sensitive than they have been in the past. You might try turning removing the propane tank and then reattaching it. This should reset the regulator from the above mentioned safety feature. Also, there are air gates at the front of each burner that can be adjusted to your preference. They control the air to gas ratio. There is a small silver screw at the front of the burner tube that you can loosen and then you can slide the gate more open or closed depending on your preference. We typically have the air gates half closed or even 3/4 of the way closed. I hope this helps. Answer:	the legs do fold, but this is not a unit that is ment to haul around... very very very very heavy... this is a big unit.... heavy....... do not buy this to go camping.... did I mention that it is heavy... wonderful grill but ment to buy, set up and cover it it at your home.....

Question:	One burner is getting almost no gas, hoe do you fix it
Answer:	There is typically a proper and improper way (sequence) to turning on & off the stove....I know this sounds silly, but if you don't follow the directions, all will work, but sometimes the gas regulator is thrown off balance and it will keep the full volume of gas possible, from getting to the burners. Typically you can unhook the fuel, let the regulator relax for a few minutes, reconnect, and all should be back up to normal.....it typically happens in the turn off sequence...such as turning off the fuel at the gas bottle/tank level and not turning off the grill with the control knobs first and letting it rest before turning off the gas bottle

Answer:	No hose adapter if your talking about a 5 gallon bottle. It’s set up to be a portable grill and run on a disposable canister. But you can add a hose adapter and feed the stove, which is exactly what I do.. the grill is awesome. I use it regular for the last 6 months. I like iit so much we purchased a large 27” grill for home and use the 21 in the RV.

How to season, clean and maintain a griddle?

• Prior to first cooking on it, heat the griddle up to max and apply cooking oil. Evenly distribute the oil and let it "burn in". Scrape off the excess. The top will turn slightly dark.Repeat the steps above two or three times.
• After using it to cook food, turn your griddle up to a high heat and then squirt water on the tray. Scrape off the excess with a spatula. The steam will help loosen the particles. As the top cools off you can wipe it clean with a paper towel.
• Before you put your griddle away, make sure to put down a thin layer of cooking oil over top to protect the surface and keep it well-seasoned. (Using a paper towel works best.)

Answer:	The flat top weighs ~40 lbs, but due to the width, would be awkward to move alone, even if you are able to physically lift it alone. I would recommend a 2-person move, only for this reason. I lifted the top by myself, while vertically in the box (when it arrived), but lifting while horizontal would definitely change the weight distribution.

Question:	What causes a low flame with full tank of gas
Answer:	It has to do with the propane cylinder, not the griddle. Happens to me quite a bit. There's an excessive flow regulator on new propane cylinders as a safety feature. If you turn the propane cylinder up high and then the burners on quickly you can hear a metallic click from the cylinder like a pin dropping. That's the regulator slowing the flow of propane. 1) Shut everything off. 2) open the cylinder a 1/4 open. 3) open and light the first burner. 4) turn the first burner to low. 5) repeat 3 and 4 for each burner. 6) gently turn burners one at a time to the desired setting. If you open things up too quickly the flow regulator kicks in. Open things up slowly.

Question:	Dumb question. What does it mean when people say to "season" it prior to use

Question:	Why did the price go up
Answer:	If you can find the Walmart bundle you’ll save a ton of money. I just bought the 22” bundle for $174. I calculated the price on amazon for the griddle, lid, table, and propane tank adapter and it added up to $320. But the Walmart version is slightly different in appearance not having the nice stainless steel front.
Question:	can this be converted to fit a standard propane BBQ tank
Answer:	Sheila T. I also had trouble determining which hose adaptor assembly. Had to ask a friend, and he showed me pics of his, so I ordered the (quote) "KIBOW High Pressure Propane Adaptor & Hose, 5ft long/Connects 1# Propane Tank Connector Appliances to a Refillable 20# Tank--CSA Certified". I posted the 3 pics he shared with me, with his fully functional griddle on a 20# tank, under comment/rating section. (Don't see how to post pics here in Ans. section) KEY IS THAT THE REGULATOR COMES WITH THE GRIDDLE, SO YOU DON'T NEED THE REGULATOR AS PART OF THE HOSE ASSEMBLY. I have not received mine yet, but I'm confident I ordered the correct hose adaptor assembly.

Answer:	Yes, it will heat up very quickly within 5 minutes you are ready to throw some burgers on.
Question:	what size is it the dementions
Answer:	Checking.....I understand when you measure a grill , the width is going left to right and length is front to back.....so is the 13 x 18 measurement.....is the 13 width or length?
Question:	Lots of reviews on eggs and bacon... what about the tacos !!!!? Has anybody cooked chopped up flap meat for tacos on this Lil mini beast
Answer:	I have chopped up everything possible you could think of......I bought it just to chop up items for stir frys, but, it works for all. My griddle fit perfectly in the bbq where the lip of the griddle was held by the grates. I bought another grill but haven't tried the griddle on there yet. If the griddle is set on the bbq, watch out that it doesn't slip while chopping or cooking.
