Answer:	Thank you for your interest in the grill and smoker Shelly. Yes, you can mix wood with the charcoal. We recommend for an On-Demand smoke, add 1-2 chunks (no larger than your fist) directly to the Ash bin, this will last approximately 2-3 hours. For a Controlled smoke we recommend, add four (4) pounds of charcoal and this one (1) wood chunk, creating layers of charcoal and wood chunks. We hope this information helps. Answer:	It looks to me like the dimensions for the E-330 in the comparison chart are for the box it comes in and the others are for the actual assembled grill. Amazon mistakenly uses packaging dimensions in place of product dimensions a lot.

Answer:	i just fired it up for the first time on full on all burners including sear burner on a cold day ~40 degrees outside and the built in thermometer registered close to 600 degrees. i didn't measure it on the grates.

Answer:	The sides are made of metal. I brought this grill down to the Florida Keys and cooked on it for 12 straight night. It was able to do whatever I ask her to do. If you need it to cook low and slow it did it. If you needed to sear something did that also. As long as you got some grilled intellect this little cooker handles food like something much bigger

Answer:	Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Answer:	Push nob in and hold for15 to 20 second to let gas out them push the ignition button until it lights if it does not light clean the spark point and make it about 2mm from the burner test to see if a good spark is there

Answer:	Open the valve for the propane tank very slowly. I kept having this issue as well. Safety feature for the propane tank.

Answer:	It comes with a coating. Don't know if it is preseasoned but food does not stick. I bought 2 of them. Last weekend cooked 5 lbs hamburger, 1 lb bacon, 3 steaks, 8 fried eggs. Nothing stuck, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the Blackstone.
Question:	When i use my grill sometimes i'll turn off the burners then back on. sometimes they turn on very low. anyone else
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our griddles have a safety feature with the regulators. If the propane was not turned off completely or in the exact steps, the regulator will prevent much gas flow from going through the regulator the next time. I have noticed that our recent batch of regulators are more sensitive than they have been in the past. You might try turning removing the propane tank and then reattaching it. This should reset the regulator from the above mentioned safety feature. Also, there are air gates at the front of each burner that can be adjusted to your preference. They control the air to gas ratio. There is a small silver screw at the front of the burner tube that you can loosen and then you can slide the gate more open or closed depending on your preference. We typically have the air gates half closed or even 3/4 of the way closed. I hope this helps. Answer:	the legs do fold, but this is not a unit that is ment to haul around... very very very very heavy... this is a big unit.... heavy....... do not buy this to go camping.... did I mention that it is heavy... wonderful grill but ment to buy, set up and cover it it at your home.....

Question:	In step 6, you connect the valve hose regulator system to the fire box. Are the plastic covers on the valve hose's used or not
