Answer:	Works great on our induction cooktop on either side. Heats very rapidly if you want, but of course the way to heat cast iron is slowly so it comes to the temp you want to cook at. Cast iron is of course way better than the clad cookware that can get loud from vibrations as the different layers absorb the magnetic energy at different rates. This also doubles as a great defrosting plate from stuff from the freezer. Your great-great grandchildren will be glad you bought this as they're using it.

Answer:	Open the valve for the propane tank very slowly. I kept having this issue as well. Safety feature for the propane tank.

Answer:	It comes with a coating. Don't know if it is preseasoned but food does not stick. I bought 2 of them. Last weekend cooked 5 lbs hamburger, 1 lb bacon, 3 steaks, 8 fried eggs. Nothing stuck, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the Blackstone.
Question:	When i use my grill sometimes i'll turn off the burners then back on. sometimes they turn on very low. anyone else
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our griddles have a safety feature with the regulators. If the propane was not turned off completely or in the exact steps, the regulator will prevent much gas flow from going through the regulator the next time. I have noticed that our recent batch of regulators are more sensitive than they have been in the past. You might try turning removing the propane tank and then reattaching it. This should reset the regulator from the above mentioned safety feature. Also, there are air gates at the front of each burner that can be adjusted to your preference. They control the air to gas ratio. There is a small silver screw at the front of the burner tube that you can loosen and then you can slide the gate more open or closed depending on your preference. We typically have the air gates half closed or even 3/4 of the way closed. I hope this helps. Answer:	the legs do fold, but this is not a unit that is ment to haul around... very very very very heavy... this is a big unit.... heavy....... do not buy this to go camping.... did I mention that it is heavy... wonderful grill but ment to buy, set up and cover it it at your home.....

Answer:	You want to burn excess chemicals before cooking on the surface for the first time. You always season a metal if you’re going to ingest edibles that were cooked on it. I season my grill every time before every bbq. Don’t take my word do the research.

Answer:	If you have the 07061 griddle, the cooking surface is 22 x 11.5 inches (without handles), the full griddle is 2.5 inches high, 26.25 inches long, and 11.5 inches wide. Question:	How many standard size grilled cheese can you fit on this griddle? I cook for 16 people once a week so size is a big factor
Answer:	I just measured, using a slice of bread, and you can get (snugly with no space in between sandwiches) 12 sandwiches. BUT, like anything, doing too many at once may not work. You could DEFINITELY fit 8, feed half the group you make food for and then make 8 more. It also comes with a really neat little instruction book that tells you what temperature to cook certain food at. Grilled Sandwiches get cooked at 325-350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. The griddle is 22 inches long and can accommodate a lot of food at once.
Question:	Is the non-stick surface PTFE and PFOA free
Answer:	According to Presto Customer Service the only model they have that is PTFE and PFOA is model 07115, which is a skillet versus a griddle. Here is their response "Our current model, stock number 07115, is ceramic coated and does NOT have PTFE or PFOA. All other griddles do have PTFE and PFOA."

Answer:	The 07061 griddle can smoke if oils are left on and the surface is not cleaned well. Answer:	I have chopped up everything possible you could think of......I bought it just to chop up items for stir frys, but, it works for all. My griddle fit perfectly in the bbq where the lip of the griddle was held by the grates. I bought another grill but haven't tried the griddle on there yet. If the griddle is set on the bbq, watch out that it doesn't slip while chopping or cooking.

Question:	One burner is getting almost no gas, hoe do you fix it
Answer:	There is typically a proper and improper way (sequence) to turning on & off the stove....I know this sounds silly, but if you don't follow the directions, all will work, but sometimes the gas regulator is thrown off balance and it will keep the full volume of gas possible, from getting to the burners. Typically you can unhook the fuel, let the regulator relax for a few minutes, reconnect, and all should be back up to normal.....it typically happens in the turn off sequence...such as turning off the fuel at the gas bottle/tank level and not turning off the grill with the control knobs first and letting it rest before turning off the gas bottle

Don't use it on a high output gas camp stove with round burners unless you have bought the little griddle brand heat deflector sold at littlegriddle.com. I ruined mine because I did not know about heat deflector until after I got hot spots after using my sizzleq on gas barbeque for two years without any problems I bougt a camp stove top and then got hot spots. The web site has FAQ and this warning hut when buying through Amazon you dont see
