Answer:	Open the valve for the propane tank very slowly. I kept having this issue as well. Safety feature for the propane tank.

Answer:	It comes with a coating. Don't know if it is preseasoned but food does not stick. I bought 2 of them. Last weekend cooked 5 lbs hamburger, 1 lb bacon, 3 steaks, 8 fried eggs. Nothing stuck, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the Blackstone.
Question:	When i use my grill sometimes i'll turn off the burners then back on. sometimes they turn on very low. anyone else
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our griddles have a safety feature with the regulators. If the propane was not turned off completely or in the exact steps, the regulator will prevent much gas flow from going through the regulator the next time. I have noticed that our recent batch of regulators are more sensitive than they have been in the past. You might try turning removing the propane tank and then reattaching it. This should reset the regulator from the above mentioned safety feature. Also, there are air gates at the front of each burner that can be adjusted to your preference. They control the air to gas ratio. There is a small silver screw at the front of the burner tube that you can loosen and then you can slide the gate more open or closed depending on your preference. We typically have the air gates half closed or even 3/4 of the way closed. I hope this helps. Question:	One burner is getting almost no gas, hoe do you fix it
Answer:	There is typically a proper and improper way (sequence) to turning on & off the stove....I know this sounds silly, but if you don't follow the directions, all will work, but sometimes the gas regulator is thrown off balance and it will keep the full volume of gas possible, from getting to the burners. Typically you can unhook the fuel, let the regulator relax for a few minutes, reconnect, and all should be back up to normal.....it typically happens in the turn off sequence...such as turning off the fuel at the gas bottle/tank level and not turning off the grill with the control knobs first and letting it rest before turning off the gas bottle

Answer:	I have chopped up everything possible you could think of......I bought it just to chop up items for stir frys, but, it works for all. My griddle fit perfectly in the bbq where the lip of the griddle was held by the grates. I bought another grill but haven't tried the griddle on there yet. If the griddle is set on the bbq, watch out that it doesn't slip while chopping or cooking.

I ruined mine because I did not know about heat deflector until after I got hot spots after using my sizzleq on gas barbeque for two years without any problems I bougt a camp stove top and then got hot spots. Question:	Why did the price go up
Answer:	If you can find the Walmart bundle you’ll save a ton of money. I just bought the 22” bundle for $174. I calculated the price on amazon for the griddle, lid, table, and propane tank adapter and it added up to $320. But the Walmart version is slightly different in appearance not having the nice stainless steel front.

Answer:	Sheila T. I also had trouble determining which hose adaptor assembly. Had to ask a friend, and he showed me pics of his, so I ordered the (quote) "KIBOW High Pressure Propane Adaptor & Hose, 5ft long/Connects 1# Propane Tank Connector Appliances to a Refillable 20# Tank--CSA Certified". I posted the 3 pics he shared with me, with his fully functional griddle on a 20# tank, under comment/rating section. (Don't see how to post pics here in Ans. section) KEY IS THAT THE REGULATOR COMES WITH THE GRIDDLE, SO YOU DON'T NEED THE REGULATOR AS PART OF THE HOSE ASSEMBLY. I have not received mine yet, but I'm confident I ordered the correct hose adaptor assembly.

Answer:	I was told they have a cast iron reversible griddle that is suppose to be 100 cast iron no teflon. I went and bought the grate that fits and am going to buy my own cast iron. This thing they that came with it is garbage.

Answer:	I don't know. You may have to check GE's website. I could have ordered my stove with this griddle, but the salesman at Home Depot said I could get it cheaper somewhere else. So, I checked GE's parts list and ordered it here.
