Answer:	Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Question:	Will the smoker grill cover fit with the shelves folded down
Answer:	scratches, yes.....if you are very careful that nothing is under it lest it would promote a scratch. I, somehow, got a small grain of sand under the cover where it connects. it ended up moving around and scraping the finish. Luckily, it was on the underside. It is not designed to, nor would it protect against a fall, IMHO....although I've not dropped my Macbook. It is a fragile machine though. I bought a neoprene case for travel to protect against drops, and also opted for the square trade drop spill accident protection plan instead of apple care, which doesn't offer drop spill protection on its laptops for some bizarre reason. the cost was about the same with much better coverage.

Answer:	I bought this in November 2015 and had to finally threw this away now (September 2018), so it will last you awhile (2.5 years as I continue to use it after pieces have fallen off and cracks throughout) but not forever.
