Answer:	It comes with a coating. Don't know if it is preseasoned but food does not stick. I bought 2 of them. Last weekend cooked 5 lbs hamburger, 1 lb bacon, 3 steaks, 8 fried eggs. Nothing stuck, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the Blackstone.
Question:	When i use my grill sometimes i'll turn off the burners then back on. sometimes they turn on very low. anyone else
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our griddles have a safety feature with the regulators. If the propane was not turned off completely or in the exact steps, the regulator will prevent much gas flow from going through the regulator the next time. I have noticed that our recent batch of regulators are more sensitive than they have been in the past. You might try turning removing the propane tank and then reattaching it. This should reset the regulator from the above mentioned safety feature. Also, there are air gates at the front of each burner that can be adjusted to your preference. They control the air to gas ratio. There is a small silver screw at the front of the burner tube that you can loosen and then you can slide the gate more open or closed depending on your preference. We typically have the air gates half closed or even 3/4 of the way closed. I hope this helps. Answer:	It looks to me like the dimensions for the E-330 in the comparison chart are for the box it comes in and the others are for the actual assembled grill. Amazon mistakenly uses packaging dimensions in place of product dimensions a lot.

Answer:	i just fired it up for the first time on full on all burners including sear burner on a cold day ~40 degrees outside and the built in thermometer registered close to 600 degrees. i didn't measure it on the grates.

Answer:	You can definitely slow cook with this, and add a smoke box with wood chips to flavor the meat more. If doesn't require rocks as it has metal flavorizer bars that the cooking meat will drip on and then transfer the grilled flavor to the finished product. I think you could get several hours from a tankful of propane. Have done this with my old gas grill before. I suggest using one burner and placing the meat on one side or the other or in the middle for.this grill and try keeping the temp to around 225 degrees F

Answer:	The actual cooking size, of the grill, is 16”x9”. That’s the area you have to grill. The grate. No bigger. Hope that helps.

Answer:	The sides are made of metal. I brought this grill down to the Florida Keys and cooked on it for 12 straight night. It was able to do whatever I ask her to do. If you need it to cook low and slow it did it. If you needed to sear something did that also. As long as you got some grilled intellect this little cooker handles food like something much bigger
Question:	does it come with one propane tank
Answer:	No. There are no bottles of propane with the grill. You can get the propane bottles at Walmart or a sporting goods store for a few dollars.

Question:	Do the burners have "heat plates" over them to prevent flame-up? I don't see heat plates in any of the pictures
Answer:	Yes it has heat plates. Great grill gets hot fast. I love it way more then my other 5 burner bbq

Answer:	Yes. There is a heat tent above each of the burners.
Question:	Bought this and grill has major unven flame. Most flame is at the beginning of the first burner. Can anyone help
Answer:	Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Answer:	I have the double burner and you do not have to manually light. When you turn the dial it will click and it is lit

Answer:	Possibly but it would take a while. It is like any other grill you may have used
Question:	Can this be used with a pole mount for the back of a boat
Answer:	If your pole mount has a platform on it, then you could place the grill on the platform. However, there is no place to fasten the pole to this grill.
Question:	Is it possible to replace the pipe going to the regulator with a hose? (I have space limitations and the sticking regulator on the side is a problem
Answer:	It is not possible to do this. A couple other models that we sell have the propane canister on the back. Cgg-180t, cgg-180ts, cgg-180tb.
