Answer:	Actually it is not for ventilation reasons, it is because the 1 in 1000 chance you get a major flare-up and flames come out the top, the heat could very well cause a real house fire. That is why all apartments and condos refuse to allow gas bbq's on a covered patio or covered decks.

We started with the base design of the Fuego Element then thought about how to improve your cooking experience. The answers came from vast amounts of customer feedback and market research - the result is our latest model, the Fuego Professional Grill. We began from the ground up, starting with the wheels. We added non-marking industrial casters ensuring a smooth and stable roll while moving your grill around your deck or patio. Answer:	Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. An outdoor grill needs to be able to weather the elements without rusting and that's why we've made the Cuisinart Four-Burner Gas Grill from stainless steel. The cover, fascia, control knobs, and burners are made of stainless steel so they won't rust, and the steel cart is finished with an enamel paint that makes it easy to maintain.

Twist start ignition

There's no need to look for matches or lighters when you're ready to grill. Each burner lights independently with a simple twist of the control knob. Each knob gives accurate control of the flames, from high heat to a low simmer, which is a convenience that offers more flexibility in the variety of food that can be cooked on the grill.

Heavy-duty cart with wheels

Question:	Does the grease tray under the grill removable for us to remove and clean
Answer:	This Char-Broil Classic 280 2-Burner Gas Grill will utilize a removal grease cup that will be located directly below the firebox.
Question:	Manufacturer says it's ok to use wood chips. Do I just pour the wood chips in or do I need to buy something else in order to put the wood chips into
Answer:	what I do is put the chips in foil and put them on one side of grill. Heat under that side, no heat under the meat. The best smoked rib eyes I have ever had

Answer:	Yes. This Char-Broil Classic 280 2-Burner Gas Grill will include the regulator and hose needed to attach a 20 pound propane tank.

Answer:	When I ordered mine it only took a few days. It depends on availability I suppose. This seems to be a very popular Item.
Question:	How do you store the propane tank after use if the tank is not empty? Do you need extra parts
Answer:	Yes you can you can even use a knife and cut directly on the surface. Our tops are made of cold rolled steel
Question:	Does the wooden lid lock in place for traveling
Answer:	I rubbed oil on the entire griddle surface (top. bottom and sides) and I heated up my regular barbeque grill to 500 degrees. I then put the griddle in the grill and closed the lid and let heat up for about a half hour before turning off the grill. I let it cool completely and repeated the process. the griddle came out perfectly seasoned and ready to us.
Question:	Does it cook a steak as well as a grill with a lid
Answer:	the griddle , the oil drip pan, and the adapter. Nice tool for camping or back yard BBQ, there is also 28" and 36"...my next upgrade will be 36". you will need a propane tank (10-15 lb.)

Question:	What is the height of the griddle
Answer:	You could use a stainless steel melting dome. Cuisinart makes a 9” one. It won’t fit like a lid but it will work to help melt cheese etc or to concentrate the heat. Wear a mitt it will get HOT.
Question:	What is the cooking surface made of
Answer:	First, this is a great little grill. The engineering is better than most similar products at a greater cost. I believe the small propane bottle can be stored in the unit. You do not need any extra parts.
Question:	What is the thickness of the griddle
Answer:	It does not lock but it will stay securely on.
Question:	Can you get the GB4000 with a porcelin coating
Answer:	It doesn't allow the heating properties of a grill with a lid. I got a stainless steel "melting" lid to place over the steak. I like that because it's easier to keep clean than a full grill lid and I store mine in my RV. I also use a 1 gallon propane tank to avoid using the disposable green Coleman bottles. I like the unit a lot and will also go with other reviewers and use the sous vide preparation.
