Answer:	This grill is deal for indoor grilling. The infrared heat technology will produce less smoke than ordinary grills but not 100% smoke-free when cooking foods with lots of oil and fat. In this case, please use the smoke-less grill under a range good for better smoke control.
Question:	Does it have teflon
Answer:	Yes, the surface of grill plate is Teflon coated for its non-stick effect. This coating can withstand higher temperature than the grill can produce, so as long as it’s not damaged physically, it will not wear off.
Question:	Does tenergy make phillips electric grill
Answer:	Unfortunately, no. Tenergy does not make a Philips electric grill.
Question:	Can you get a good sear on a rare/ medium rare steak? Does it cook at a high enough heat for this
Answer:	YES, emphatically! I love rare steak, and have grilled thick rib eye, rib, and filet mignon on my Tenergy Redigrill, and it does a MUCH better job than my charcoal grill, my gas or electric range (have gas grill in town and electric at my cabin), electric counter top grill, or oven (bake or broil). My favorite way to grill is to take a thick steak, create pockets in it with a sharp ceramic knife, slicing FRESH garlic (not/not powder or the bottled minced or chopped garlic) to create garlic arrows, and insert the arrows into the steak. Then grind pepper corns (my favorite is green peppercorns, but black telecherry peppercorns are good too), then follow the directions for the Tenergy Redigrill, turn the control to the keep warm position for a few seconds, then to "on" for 7 or more minutes, use nylon or silicone (not metal) head tongs, place the steak on the grill, and within 8 to 15 minutes, you will have a beautifully grilled steak. This grill produces almost no smoke, and is easy to clean with non-abrasive brush or sponge, easier than a pan and MUCH easier than a charcoal grill. Just writing about it makes my mouth salivate, and I just ate lunch. I love this thing, it's the best kitchen implement I have purchased.

Answer:	10-12 minutes per pound but there is no preheating time required. Having done deep fried and using the Big Easy, Total time is about the same.

Answer:	This will be a great grill for you,.. I suggest you review the manual on how it sets up. If you are cooking for more than 4 I suggest buying another insert for the grill rack, again, do some online research. The meat will remain moist! I bought mine to use as a smoker but not as impressed with that function as I cannot get the temp to stay down to 210-225.
Question:	what size propane tank do you use
Answer:	Hi, I don't know the size of the propane tank but it is the standard size that you get from Blue Rhino, you give an empty and get a full one for approx. $20.00. Also, do yourself a favor and never use a bristle grill brush. I took a bristle out of my mouth while eating a hamburger, then I closely inspected the grill and saw many trapped on the lower grate supports. Charbroil makes a red nylon one they recommend. Google grill brush bristle injuries, you won't believe it. I had no idea. I am trying to tell everyone I can.
Question:	Someone above wrote the temp goes from 325-450, is that true you cannot bring it down to 205 for slow smoking
Answer:	Use the water pan as mentioned in other replies, but more importantly, use at least one good probe thermometer. The lowest I've had mine down to for smoking was 215, and it took a lot of work to get there. I added a true fire brick to the bottom of the basket as a heat sink as well as the water pan, and cracked to lid about an inch. ( shouldn't have to do that according to the owners forum). Also, this was in Feb. in PacNW, on a covered and sheltered deck. So , that all helped. As for grilling and roasting, remember that the owners manual tells you to run with the lid open. Again, a quality probe thermometer comes in handy here. Bottom line, don't be afraid to experiment. The 3 in 1 big easy is a great choice for most casual and occasional users.

Answer:	All I can tell you is I have not had to use 4 burners , I will say this the grill keeps an even temp and I have yet to have a flame up. I mostly grill at 350-400 three burners at medium settings dose it for me.

Answer:	Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Answer:	They are more of a softer silicon on the grips (yellow) and a hard plastic on the clear part. Don’t get me wrong, you can’t squeeze in the yellow grips but your fingers won’t go anywhere. The perfect material for the job.

Answer:	For me, temps don't get hot enough to cook Chicken, or Ribs. I use a Weber Smoky Mountain for that. I use Big Chief for smoking Salmon, Bacon, and Polish Sausage. It is perfect for the above mentioned.
