Question:	Can I drill mounting holes through the frame using the exiting holes on the back as a starting point? I need to mount flat onto a wood frame
Answer:	You can drill holes on the aluminum frame. Be EXTREMELY careful not to let the drill bit contact the white plastic backing of the panel. We have drilled dozens of these panels with very good success. Of course, you need to have ventilation on the back of the panel. so mounting on a wood frame is fine, but mounting flat against a piece of plywood or any material is not good. You won't ruin the panel, but without ventilation you will reduce its efficiency drastically.

Answer:	you should use a controller. if you don't you may over-charge your batteries. this may cause a "meltdown". But, If you are drawing power from the batteries you should be ok. the amount of output is "capped" (thus the 30 Watts rating) I have a a 5 watt(not sure it is like 6 inches by 4 from a 10 year old re-purposed solar light charger) plugged into a smaller battery 12v battery that I put a 12V light and switch on.

Answer:	Depends on the power you want to deal with. A higher voltage battery bank will let you deal with more power in the panels since the controllers are amp limited. Just get a controller that will do the voltage. MPPT will get you 15-25% more power from your panels. Also If you are using lithium batteries you need a charger that you can set charging voltages manually.
Question:	when it says 100 watts, is that per hour, per a number of hours, how does that work
Answer:	Let's do some quick math, 100 watts in full sunlight on a summer day for 6 hours is 600 watt hours input to a 12 volt 100 amp hour battery. 600 / 12 volts is 50 amp hours. If you have a 100 amp hour battery and your final voltage when the sun goes down is 12 .6 volts you have a somewhat new lead acid battery. At 12.6 volts A new battery will give you all 100 amp hours of it's capacity by the time it reaches 12.0 volts. A 3000 watt inverter at 120 volts produces / uses 25 amps. 25 * 60 mins = 1500 amp hrs * 24 hrs = 36000 amp hours per day to feed the monster. Don't try too cheat the math it has no conscience, I can't afford the batteries yet. The only argument anyone can offer is you don't use it all 24 hours do you?, Bet me!

Answer:	70% real world output is about average output. So you can expect about 11a total output from a 200w panel.
Question:	What is the wire gauge coming off of the panels
Answer:	With all solar panels you do not hook the panel directly to the battery you have to have a charge controller. I use mine every day to charge my jump box and batteries for my solar generator. Works very well. I do recommend opening the black box and making sure all you tabs are connected well, before installing.
Question:	I have a travel trailer that is prewired for solar. Will this panel work with it
Answer:	In Full sun light it can produce 4-5 amps at about 18-20 volts. Doing the math 4x18=72 watts. I did measure under ideal conditions 20V and about 5A. Doing the math 5x20=100 watts. But But realistically under most conditions the average out put on a give full Sun cloudless day it is more like 4A and 19 volts. 4x19=76watts. Every installation and location is efferent, but this is a rough theoretical estimation. I fireguard on the slightly lower side as dust on the panels and in the air, haze and clouds (often there are high thin clouds that are not easily seen on a bright day). Also remember if you use a charge controller made for solar panels, like I do( Amazon has some $20 dollar ones for small arrays liket I use), The controller will very the charging current as needed to charge the battery. So when you install the panels place them so you get the most Sun Light for the longest time in both summer and winter. The angle of the Sun on the panel can vary greatly if the panel is mounted in a fixed position. This is the easiest mounting method and the most common method. It is less expensive and low maintenance as there are no motors or moving parts. Figure about a 20-23 degree angle of the panel to the Sun as the earth is tilted about that much. This change through the year, but is a good rough guide to start. You may want to do something different at your location. I use two of them and charge two 146 amp hour deep cycle batteries and my panels are not tilted as I live in an apartment and cant mount them like I would like to do. On Sunny days the two panels can take two to four days to fully charge the TWO Batteries depending how much I use the during any given day. But remember my Installation the panels are in a sheltered place and NOT Tilted. So I think if the two panels were mounted like they need to be( As I suggested above) they would work better. Hope this helps. As you can tell it is not a fixed answer as there are many thing that govern the output of the solar panel(s).

With a good charge controller, under a common environment, you will loss at least 10% in performance from the panel to controller. You can loss a little if your solar panel angle is not 100% towards the sun, you can loss a little if your cable gauge size is not thick enough for the distance you run from panel to controller. Normally,the actual output is abut 70-80 watts. Thanks.

Answer:	I would go with a men's large. There is definitely room to breathe for wide width and in the toe area. I got these for my husband, he wears a size 13, I got him the 3xl meant for 13-14, he says they are a perfect fit and room in the toes. So I believe their sizes, though confusing, are pretty accurate. Nice slippers!

Answer:	The solar panel is used to charge a 12 volt deep cycle battery. The battery is then connected to an inverter power supply that converts 12 volts dc to 120 volts ac. The answer to your question is no it will not power the shed by itself. The more batteries you use the more power you can store. One battery and a 1000 watt inverter should power a light and small power tools.

• Check the high-voltage fuses at regular intervals to prevent the solar panel from being open after the high-voltage fuses fused.

• The input and output of the PV can not be reversed, otherwise the post stage equipment may not work or even damage other equipment.

• When testing or maintaining this equipment, you need to notice that both the input and output port may be charged, please prevent electric shock or damage to other equipment.

• After thunder and lightning ,you should check the lightning module, if you found the failure indicator lamps on panel turn to "red" from "green", please change it in time.

• The equipment uses M6 screws to fix four mounting holes at the bottom of the PV Combiner Box , which are installed in the ventilated and dry place, please avoid direct sunlight, high ambient temperature and too wet environment, which will affect the performance of the equipment.

• Use Method: Connect the positive and negative pole of the solar panel to the input port of the device, and dial the switch of the circuit breaker to the 1.ON
