Installation steps:

Question:	How many volts is this panel? I have a solar power station that requires and 18v panel
Answer:	It produces 20 volts in full sun. It’s says 18 but I’ve actually hooked up a multimeter and verified 20 volts.
Question:	It looks like the panel has a sae connector, does it come with an adaptor to hook up to a mc4 connector
Answer:	No. You have to build one or buy one. Also, the connectors coming out of the voltage regulator (charge controller) is a different type of connector. The controller (regulator) uses Female XT60 connectors. To clarify, the solar panel output wire is an SAE connector, but it connects to the controller with provided SAE to XT60 cable. The controller output is XT60. I really like my panel and controller and it works really well...I just had to build the specific cables that I needed.
Question:	Does this controller allow you to control the amperage output? specs say it delivers 10+ amperage. the zamp plug is 10amps but the inline fuse is
Answer:	Absolutely not. This is a very cheap PMW charge controller. It is not programmable in anyway. The voltage and amperage output is directly dependent on the amount of sunlight. In full sun it will output 20 V at 10 A. In cloudy situations it will produce less 16 to 17 V 6 to 7 A. It’s best to do what I did and buy a MPPT charge controller that is programmable. They are reasonably priced now and you can pick one up cheap.
Question:	do these provide enough power to run a/c in an rv? i believe it is a 30 amp circuit
Answer:	Your RV AC will be on 30 Amps but most use around 24 Amps peak and 12 Amps continuously (all at 120 volts)... so about 2.8kW and 1.4kW of power (multiply current by voltage). These panels provide around 50-100 watts in the afternoon (i.e. 0.05kW to 0.1kW) at 12 volts. The inverter in your RV would also need to be strong enough to convert that much energy to 120 volts (most RV inverters aren't strong enough). So for one of these in an RV... if you bought a 300Ah RV battery (actual capacity lower), and a 250Amp inverter, and one of these, then this solar panel could fill the battery from empty in about 2 days, which would then be enough to run the AC for about 2 hours. If you bought 10 of these and 5 of the batteries and the one inverter then you could run it for about 10 hours on a sunny day. One of these with the system that likely is already in your RV would likely be enough to run the refrigerator on low 24/7 and the lights at night.
