Answer:	It depends on the type of pump that you have for your air mattress. I have seen AC powered mattress pups, the kind that would normally plug into a standard wall outlet, and DC powered pumps, the kind that you'd plug into a 12v outlet in a car. This battery pack will run an AC pump, with the outlet on the top, as long as it's not a 3-prong outlet. (I've never seen an air mattress pump that has a 3-prong plug on it.) If you have a pump that normally plugs into the 12v (cigarette lighter) plug in a car, then no, this will not connect to it. I hope this helps!

Some people like to have "a near Hepa-filter rating" which is really not needed for a typical home furnace system. My most recent purchase was a decrease in rating from MERV 15 to MERV 11.

Answer:	Hi, I am a Master HVAC tech. I've ordered these filters after reading some reviews and answers to questions. Here are a few of my thoughts. First, filters get more and more "efficient" as the pores in the filter media clog up. So a MERV 11 will become a MERV 13 as it loads. BUT you need a lot of filter area to prevent restricting the air handler's airflow capacity. Thus the "NUMBER OF PLEATS" in each filter is essential. Each pleat adds filter area. For example, Filtech online sells a 20"x25"x6" pleated filter. It only has 14 pleats. If the Filtech media was removed and stretched out it would be about 14 square feet of filter area. This 20x25x6 FilterBuy, here on Amazon, has 23 pleats (according to the photo). Thus, if the Filterbuy were to be stretched out, there would be 48 square feet of filter area! Almost twice as much. The benefit is that the extra filter media can stay in the air handler longer, become more efficient as it captures debris from the air, and remain efficient without restricting airflow. I have used commercial brands of extra-deep, extra pleat filters and I am amazed at how much the dirty filter weighs, before they restrict airflow. Since so many filters have to be changed (lots of money) in big commercial air handlers, there is a pressure gauge to indicate when change is required. Believe me, they look pretty bad when the pressure across the dirty filter measures a change is needed. Hope this helps.
