Question:	Can you use the pull start because it looks like the metal panel is in the way according to the picture
Answer:	The design is not optimal. The panel is in the way to pull the cord straight out. You pull it at a 90 degree angle, outward toward the handles. Mine starts pretty easily, usually one pull and it's not a hard pull. The cord housing is rounded, so the cord won't fray when pulled at 90 degrees.
Question:	What is the noise level
Answer:	To me, the noise seems low/reasonable. It has a large automotive style muffler (not a small lawn mower type). The generator mechanism itself also makes some noise, but not too loud. Actually, i thought this cheaper generator would be louder so I'm very pleased with the noise level. In fact, everything about this generator works well and seems to be high quality especially for the low price. I've not needed it for an actual outage yet, but I've run several tests through my transfer panel with various load levels for 15-20 mins at a time with perfect operation.
Question:	What type of gas should be used? Or does it even matter
Answer:	Alcohol free if possible. If not add a little Ethynol remover to the gas. Also if this has a fuel shutoff valve you should close the valve and let the engine use all the gas in the carburetor so it won't get all gummed up from the alcohol in the gas. I have a 6500 watt I have been using regularly since 2005 and keep it running great this way.
Question:	Can someone confirm if this (gas only) unit has an automatic choke? I'm seeing no reference to a choke lever/switch on pics or video
Answer:	Yes it’s a choke lever it’s hard to see , but it has sticker pointing it out , This generator is a beast had mine for 5 yrs just used it for first time 8/11/20 had gas in it & everything started up & ran like a champ , had 2 full size fridges , sump pump , injection pump & 65 gallon fish plugged up didn’t budge 👍🏾

Answer:	Around $100 from Home Depot and westinghouse, was unable to find one on Amazon. Or you can do what I did and go to harbor freight and buy a $30 kit. However you will have to do some slight modifications. (IE) Drill and widen out the existing wheel mounting brackets to accommodate the larger axles. Then mount the handle to the frame with some bolts and 2 hose clamps. good luck.

Answer:	Air conditioners require a certain amount of power (watts, which equals voltage [120 for plug-in, 240 for most central units] multiplied times current draw in amperes ["amps"]. and that's the running power it needs. But when it starts up, for a brief time is pulls more power to start, and for air conditioners the starting power required is more than for a lighter, easier spinning load like a window fan, so you need to identify the starting power draw. Generator ratings show a running power level and a starting power, compare to ensure you get a sufficiently powerful generator, and include all other loads that will connect to it (lighting, refrigerator, etc.), even though they will be less than most air conditioners, it all adds up.

I measured roughly 18inW x 20.5inL x 17.5inHWide I measured across top, front to backLength I measured across front from side to sideHeight I measured from ground to top, including height of gas cap. Answer:	We are using the term hybrid in the sense that we have taken a traditionally fully enclosed inverter style generator and put it on an open frame like a traditionally non-inverter style generator. I have run this generator for up to 48 hours, but most of our outages are in the 8-12 hour duration. I run this unit 2-3 times per year. I run drop cords from the unit to my critical stuff. It starts easily, and runs 8+ hours on a tank of gas under our load. When the power goes out, it takes me about 10 minutes to roll it out, start it, and get everything plugged in. It has never let me down, would definitely purchase again.

Answer:	No you should run your generator every 21 to 25 days and store it inside a garage. Cold weather can effect such a small battery. Let it run for 30 to 45 mins to recharge the internal battery. You could also buy a trickle charger for a small motorcycle battery size if you dont want to run your generator. Just be creative hook up your shop vac or air compressor to fill up tires on your vehicles or shop vacuum the interior while hooked up to your generator!

Answer:	These generators will put out the standard THD rating of 15% or less unless otherwise noted. They will produce a sine wave, not a modified or square wave. This is perfectly acceptable for running common commodities found in your home such as TVs, computers, your appliances, etc. THD is a measure of the deviation of a sine wave from a "perfect" sine wave. All electricity, including line electricity, has measurable THD. If you have a specific item that requires less than 5% THD such as a UPS style battery back up, a pellet stove or high efficiency furnace control board, we recommend the use of a line conditioner for these items. This machine is designed to run on gasoline only. We cannot recommend or encourage the modification of the generator in this fashion as it will void your emissions warranty. We have been advised by environmental agencies that unless we have certified the emissions after conversion with them, we can no longer make the recommendation. Answer:	No. I went through this the hard expensive way. You would need to wire these in series, not parallel. It is confusing for us non-electrical engineers. It would be a good idea to make a series kit because in my estimation most people who can afford a 50Amp RV aren't going to screw around with two generators when they can buy a Honda EU7000is. There are no consumer grade (affordable) 240v propane inverter generators available. Just loud dirty power.

Answer:	30A at 120Vac is 3600W. Each generator has half that, so 2 are needed. You CAN buy an ADAPTOR for a 30A receptacle, but ~15A is all you can source from a single generator of this size.
Question:	Is this unit able to convert to duel fuel
Answer:	Unfortunately this model is designed to strictly run on gasoline, not dual fuel. If you are interested in a 2000 watt dual fuel, we recommend looking at our model 100402. Thank you!
Question:	Is there a way to drain the fuel out of the carburetor so it doesn't gum up
Answer:	I would also spray carb cleaner in there too because draining it is not a fix, it's just better than not draining. They usually have a vent hole in the carb you can spray into, then ideally you run the gen on carb cleaner for a bit to ensure all the gas is out. For example the idle/intermediate jet is extremely small and its emulsion tube will hold fuel after draining. This jet is no fun to clean if plugged. So running it dry is much better than draining, and running it dry on carb cleaner is better still. So if you plan on not using it for a while I'd figure out a way to make that happen. This bs is the #1 reason I use propane. The second reason is storing gas is a pita and imo dangerous, propane is easy and safe. Third is run time on gas isn't very long but even on a little 20lb propane tank it'll run 4x as long. I have a 100lb tank so 20x as long. So imo it's easily worth the extra $ to get the dual fuel version.

Answer:	Most refrigerators start off high and then step down. For example my beer fridge with freezer is a 3/4 size model. It starts off at 900 watts and steps down to 132 watts after a minute or so. I ran it off a 4 battery bank of deep cell fishing batteries with a 2000 watt surge/1500 watt inverter. This works with 4 solar panels that total 160 watts total in the sun. At night I had to hook the truck up and run it off the alternator to cycle it before bed. Hope this helps and maybe even gets some to try an experiment like mine. Great for power outages. My new fridge i have not even hooked to the watt meter as I don't have the power to run it all day off just solar.
