Answer:	No, it does not come with a battery.
Question:	Is it pure sine wave ac output
Answer:	Absolutely not a pure sine wave. This is a modified sine wave inverter, which Ryobi's product page states on their website. Just to be sure, I hooked it up to an oscilloscope and discovered it's essentially a square wave with a dwell at zero volts in between peaks.
Question:	Do you know what will work and will not work with this inverter
Answer:	This isn't as straightforward as it seems. Its 150 watts, so there's your first limitation. Now, there are many products that can operate under 150 watts. Obviously, the higher wattage the less run time you will get from the battery. Now, with that being said, some common uses are chargers for phones tablets, and computers. Small radios, small LED TVs and other electronics (lamps, work lights, even a hot plate). I researched a few CPAP machines and they too will run for a few hours, most I saw was 6 hours on a low setting for a Respironics humidifier. Its great for camping or power outages. I even read of someone who used it to run their sprinkler system. I hope this helps you make an informed decision. I would love to have your business. Answer:	Only technically yes, if your cigarette lighter can deliver 49 amps. The cigarette lighter in our car is powered through the ignition switch and has a 10 amp fuse on it. Those 10 amps at 12.6VDC translates to about 100 Watts at 115 VAC out of the inverter.
Question:	How long will it power a modem/router
Answer:	It depends on your power Source ... the Battery. But for a modem ... for a Very Very long time indeed : ) I use it to power a mixing board for sound applications and it's Great for several hours using a small emergency battery intended for lights. The word EXIT might come to mind here : )

Answer:	“No load” power consumption is the power consumed by a device when it is plugged into a power outlet. In this case, I think if you are not “plugged” into one of the Converter outlets the “no load” consumption my be affecting your battery (power source) only. Question:	What is the shipping weight of this product
Answer:	Unit is light 2 maybe 2.5 lb and has handy carry strap. Very good inverter
Question:	Is it safe to use with bipap/cpap machine
Answer:	Yep, totally safe. It's just incredibly inefficient. Most cpaps run off of 12 volt dc anyways, you use less of the battery at night if you connect it directly with the battery. Just gotta find the correct cordage for your cpap, and put in a fuse or two with surge protection if it's gonna be a permanent setup. Keep in mind you'll want at least a 100ah deep cycle battery and some means of charging it back up. Reason being is if you use the humidifier, you'll have about a constant 5amp draw. Which in about 10 hours, uses up half of your battery capacity. If you plan on using this set frequently, you'll shorten their lifespan if you consistently drain them below 50%. Now if you don't need a humidifier, you're golden. you can run your cpap for days with a 10ah battery.

Answer:	Only a small fridge
Question:	what is the peak power, no load current and efficiency? Does it have reverse polarity protection
Answer:	The user manual indicates Overload Protection is triggered above 1200-1700 watts AC output, clearly the peak load allowed. It has a 10-11 volt Low Voltage protection feature. It does have an anti-reverse-connection function. No-load 12v battery drain is likely to be .5 to 1.0 amps when the Bestek is powered on. Efficiency Rate is stated in the manual as =/> 85%.

Question:	How long will a tank last when only using the 12 volt plug
Answer:	The generator will run for about 3.6 hours at full 1600 watt load, the 12V output max output is 100 watts. Probably over 24 hours. I don't think the load on the 12V plug would not make much difference from just letting it idle with not load. 100watts is about 1/8HP and it has a 2HP engine.

Answer:	I personally would use Shell Rotella. I burned up a couple of Built-rite 4 stroke weed eater motors on Mobil 1 within a year. I am now on year 5 on the 3rd one I bought with Rotellla oil. Run it in my 4 stroke motorized bicycle too. Still runs like new with 15,000 miles on it. I think some those synthetics have high heat problems when these air cooled motors are shrouded. Rotella had better specs, that's why I switched.
Question:	Will this run an 8000btu window air conditioner (best I found online is the ac is around 7amps), a 19" tv, and a dvd player
Answer:	I have the 1700/2000 watt Wen 56203i inverter generator and it runs my 5000 Btu window AC at my cabin just fine MOST of the time. The AC pulls 500-600 watts when running, but startup is quite a bit higher. When I'm running your standard Walmart box fan, 32inch LCD TV, a laptop charger and a few led lights at the same time, I've had the generator overload a few times when the AC has cycled off and then starts back up. That tells me that I'm right at it's surge capacity with the other devices running. In 200+ generator hours of running the AC last summer and early fall, this happened 4-5 times. It just required shutting off the ac and fan, and pushing the reset on the gen, then turning them on one at a time. It seems like most of these comments are based on: A) starting watts from a generator sizing worksheet (where the answer is "no"), or B) from a calculation using only "running watts" and ignoring startup, where the answer is "yes". I'd lean towards an answer from someone who's tried it with the setup you want. As I mentioned, my 1700 running/2000surge inverter works for my 5000btu fine MOST of the time. It's a new AC and moderately efficient, but imagine older ACs will have a higher starting watts, and would kick off mine more frequently if it could start the AC at all.

Answer:	This thing is far too loud for any campground. I also have a Honda 2000. If they are running side-by-side, the only thing you can here running is the Wen, you can't even tell the Honda is running at all. If you want to camp at a CG that says, "No generators", you may find yourself kicked out if you run ANY generator.

Answer:	No Oil! Comes with the funnel to fill the oil. Once oil and gasoline are added it fires right up.

Answer:	I have both, the 56200i is heaver and slightly larger, it also has a fuel gauge. The 56203i is noticeably quieter and puts out slightly more wattage. You won't be disappointed with either of them.

Answer:	There is a HUGE limition here. It will only charge OR power your devices. So if you pluin in power+ it stops powering anything plugged into it. So say plug the power+ into the wall and have a refrigerator plugged into it during a rolling blackout. So the batteries can try to get some charge between blackouts. During that charging time your refrigerator will be without power.
