Answer:	You could try one inconspicuous spot, maybe the size of a nickel, and let it sit on there for the recommended time. Wash it off and see the results. Remember to use it on a dry area. This is meant for mold on grout lines. I wouldn't use it on large plain/smooth surfaces. There are other products for those problems.
Question:	Can you only use this for white caulking? Can it be used on brown caulking
Answer:	Either contact the supplier or manufacturer regarding this, or try a very small area to see if it will not bleach out the brown caulk.
Question:	Can you use this on rubber in a front load washing machine that has black mold
Answer:	You may be able to, but I would test a very small area first to see if it would harm the rubber. Also the product would have to be carefully removed completely so as to not get it on clothing or skin from contact with the product. It may take several attempts to wipe it off completely using clean water and a rag.

Answer:	I wouldn't recommend using any liquid period on a memory foam mattress. Moisture can ruin the foam and not just aestheticly. Think about a kitchen sponge, it never fully recovers to original form once wet and gets worse over time....that's essentially what you're doing to your bed.

Answer:	The active ingredient in liquid bleach is sodium hypochlorite. The active ingredient in this product is sodium hypochlorite, so it's the same thing, not an alternative. I don't understand why people would pay $17 for 1/4 gallon of bleach and some added surfactant myself. I can buy 5 gallons of 12.5% sodium hypochlorite locally that is a day old or less (bleach degrades and weakens over time and is typically too weak to sanitize around the house about 90 days after it is bought off the store shelf per EPA standards). For the same $17 and have 20x as much, fresher and MUCH stronger than what this is for the same money because this product is probably about 5% or less sodium hypochlorite. I didn't see what percentage of active ingredient was in this product, and I'm assuming that is on purpose.

Answer:	we had a bunch of black mold on one spot of our house when we moved it. Power washed it, bleached it, tried 30 second stuff and nothing. It just kept coming back. We got this and almost a year later it is still gone. It did take about 3 times spraying it but it was a huge and thick spot. We did not scrub at all due to how high the spot was

Answer:	Yes, you do need to wipe down your windows after spraying. I waited until the wet n forget had dried before wiping the windows clean. The streaks came off so easily I didn’t need windex.

Answer:	NO it is not the same strength. They get you with this. It would have been nice to get to refill it but sadly it is not the same. I did do this but it did not even touch the moss I was treating.

Answer:	I used this product about 7 months ago and was disappointed in it. However, after 7 months of rain and snow, my garage is a lot cleaner. I would recommend this product, but be aware that it will take months for you to see a difference.

Answer:	As samwichse observes, the Hose End product is 3 times more concentrated than the "concentrate", but is diluted by the sprayer 3 times more, resulting in the same amount of active ingredient in the final spray. Coverage rates are around 2000 square feet maximum for both products. In the end, according to my calculations, the hose end product is only about 2 cents per ounce more than the concentrate - 24 cents vs 22. Well worth it for the extra convenience, IMHO. And, no, I don't work for Wet and Forget. Just really like their product.
