Answer:	The company claims it filters out 98% of hundreds of unwanted chemicals such as Nitrates and Chlorine... I researched for an hour and I did not find the answer on phosphates. I could not contact the company or find the information on their website. I would assume it does take much of it out. My advise is this..I would test the water before the filter and after the filter with a water test kit to be sure or somehow contact the company for the answer. I do own a Berkey Filter for my drinking water... the Carbon filters work well for most particles but to remove the phosphates and all of the nasty chemicals... ever Fluoride, you have to add on the PF-2 filters. I have extensive experience with the Berkey for over 4 years and I love it.

Answer:	This isn’t exactly correct. The locking flaps will NOT lock the remaining bins if you take one out. You HAVE to carry ALL bins if you want the locking flaps to work. This is why I used this ONE time and now of collects dust. Very disappointed.

Answer:	The protective cover with the bracket is sold separately. Seems to me that putting this thing out in the rain and snow is just asking for trouble. It's advertised as "resistant" to weather, but I don't see how. There are many reports of the remote being damaged by water. I bought the protective cover. Now my problem is figuring out how to mount it outside my 5th floor apartment window. Tricky.

Answer:	A cowash is like washing your hair with conditioner. This is thought to be more moisturizing than shampoo. I have curly hair and use a cowash myself and think my hair feels softer and less dry.

Answer:	The "co" in cowash is Conditioner Only. It's omitting the use of shampoo to wash your hair and using just conditioner.
