Answer:	Hi John,Most brass has some lead in it usually about 2%, lead helps with the manufacturing process of brass. So my answer would be it probably has a small amount. I do not drink water out of my hose and only use it for hosing down my siding, washing vehicles I even use it to fill the holding tank on my RV, I do not drink the water from my RV holding tank. Remember many years ago lead pipes were used for water lines in houses, schools etc... This is the best water nozzle that I have ever owned and I have owned many in my lifetime, I'm 59. Because of the durability and great variable spray pattern of this nozzle I would reccomend this. If you fish or shoot guns you will come in contact with a million times more lead than by using this nozzle. My only complaint about this nozzle is that the rubber washer is no good, the first thing to do is buy a new washer as the one that came with it leaks. Other than that on a score of one to ten. This is for sure a 10. I believe that there is more danger in smoking or second hand smoke than to worry about any lead that may be in this nozzle. Good luck with your decision.

Answer:	To me it is ideal for watering plants. My yard is 3/4 acres which I have plastered full of landscape plants. I hand water the whole yard. These work great. I turn it all the way up to get a full stream of water for things like trees 10 or more feet away, and then turn it down to a spray for shrubs and perennials that are just a couple feet away. It's easy to fine tune adjust the spray for every plant. For brand new plants with leaves close to the ground, using a fine spray can help avoid pusing leaves close to the ground to where they are stuck to the ground and then rot out unless you shake them loose from the ground.

Question:	Water pressure is very strong, but no "shower" setting as found on cheaper nozzles. Heavy shower, but not "fine" or gentle for flowers. Help
Answer:	This is not the hose to use for a shower setting. I use the soaker setting to water my flowers. This nozzle does not have "settings". You turn the nozzle to control the flow of water. Do not have to keep your hands on the lever to have water flow.

Answer:	I checked my example over carefully, and it does not have any identifying marks on it that I could find. It must have had them on the packaging, which is long gone. However, I would think an American made product would display that fact rather prominently so I tend to doubt it's made in the USA.

Usage Method:

1.Infuse right amount of washing fluid.
