Question:	If I do not use garden hose and use silicone 1/4 " tubing, do you think the valve will not be able to turn off the water due to lower pressure
Answer:	Dear Sharon, Most oil based stains like Watco Oil are best applied with a cloth. You apply them to the surface of the wood... rub it in until the wood is saturated... then wipe the excess off with a clean dry terry towel. Let that dry overnight and apply a medium coat of oil based sanding sealer (Olympic or Glidden). Let that dry overnight and sand lightly but thoroughly with 320 dry paper and a green (fine) etch pad. Blow it off. Wipe it with a wet rag (clean water only) then a dry rag. Lightly blow it dry. At this point you can either brush or spray the polyurethane top coat on. On cabinets I prefer to brush the box and spray the doors. The doors should be horizontal when sprayed. Spray one medium coat... wait 20 minutes... spray a light/medium coat. The 1.4 mm fluid cap and air nozzle on this gun work extremely well. Let that dry overnight. turn the doors over and spray the other side. Do the inside first. For a fancy front door you can suspend the door by installing 16 penny nails in pre drilled holes on the top and bottom of the door. Leave 3 inches of the nails sticking out. Same procedure on staining and sanding sealer. Get 2 someones with size and strength to help with turning the door over while suspended between sawhorses. Work one side then rotate. When spraying the polyurethane on the door... same process... one coat... turn the door and coat the other side. Wait 20 minutes and repeat spraying on both sides. You will be amazed at the quality. Polyurethane cannot run sideways. That is the benefit of spraying the doors while horizontal. If you have any further questions about coating anything... e-mail [email protected]. Answer:	If you stand back, maybe, but the water coming out in a spray or stream is pretty forceful. You'd be better off with a regular multi-select trigger sprayer. They tend to have gentle settings like shower as well as the more forceful ones. This one is designed for force, so I wouldn't use it on anything delicate.
