Answer:	I do not know which video is being referenced. The hose looks like the one you see on the package. Answer:	I live in New Orleans so I know the answer on hot. I never had any problem holding the hose. I have strong water pressure and left the hose on for days and no problems

Answer:	Don't know, but mine didn't last not even 6 months, the so called "steel" covering just came off and had a leak. Bought a third hose, different brand/manufacturer and this one was worst, not even a month! and 2 holes and a tear developed, all these "flex" "lightweight" hoses are all the same, I'm sticking to the old-fashioned heavy hoses ):
