Answer:	The cardboard packaging that came with the hose only says "Made In USA". Check the Dramm website and it may tell you where in the USA they are located or a contact number. I have found that this hose does tend to kink more with age - but no more than any other hose. It is definitely excellent quality.

Answer:	Interesting question! This is new "news" to me. I have double-length hose + nozzle coiled outside on west side of building with some daily sun exposure. So far, no cracking, fading, or kinking but also no direct long-term exposure to hot sun. I'd check with manufacturer in Manitowoc, WI 920/684.0227. Good Luck!

Answer:	This is not a potable water hose. I have two sections here in Washington that have been in service for years and still are excellent. I have one new section on my boat in Hawaii and it seems to be holding up well. Just don't drink out of it. Get a potable water hose and use a filter.

Answer:	The inside diameter of the inner hose latex pipe is 6mm. Its thickness is the highest among expandable garden hoses. The inner hose is multi layer and is made of latex material of the highest quality. When the faucet or spigot is turned on, this inner hose pipe expands to about 3/4 inch as water pressure builds up - as this inner latex pipe is thicker, it needs water pressure of about 4 bar for it to expand fully. The water then goes through a small tube in the male connector of about 6mm before it is discharged through a sprayer (if a sprayer is connected) - this is a common feature of all expandable garden hoses. This feature, while restricting the amount of water discharged, allows beautiful water spray patterns to emerge. The main benefit is that the strength of the water will not cause the soil in a pot of garden plants or flowers to splash everywhere. Answer:	The warranty is lifetime. My first hose got a leak so you have to cut the damaged part out and send it back to Swan. I think it cost me like $2.00 to send it to them. They sent me a brand new hose through the mail. I always buy Swan brand. I do wish the hose was more flexible. But I buy it for the warranty.

Answer:	The company is Colorite Plastics. I see two states; marion OH, and Ridgefield NJ. don't buy this hose. Its cheap and kinks easily. Years ago when it was still Swan it was a great hose and even stayed pliable in winter. Now its like any other useless plastic. I don't know what they did to the formula, but its not what it used to be.

Answer:	Utility sink faucets are usually fitted with the same threads as hose bibbs. A washing machine supply line has a female connector on each end. Connect the washer hose to the utility sink faucet, connect the garden hose to the other end of the washing machine hose. I cannot guess why you want to do this, but knock yourself out!

Answer:	Taylor, 'lead' in this description is meant like 'leader'. It's a lead hose, meaning it is small like a connector hose. Lead does not equal lead (led) as in pencils. But no, I do not see where it says it is drink safe. I do see that hybrid hoses appear to be and they're very flexible.

Answer:	I have owned a 50ft for about 6 years. Never had any problems with it. On a hose reel I would roll it up pressurized. It will be easier to handle because it dosen't want to twist, it will remain straight easier. Also rolling it up unpressurized it will flatten out on the reel. So next time you turn it on it can't expand properly and could restrict flow. They make some good air hoses to.

Answer:	100' is 16 pounds, 75' is 12 pounds and 50' is 9 pounds. Definitely about the lightest weight hose you can find. Gatorhide is a very similar hose with similar weights. They feel deceptively light weight. The great thing about these hoses is they almost absolutely never kink when they are under full water pressure. Well, they do, but because of the rubbery construction the water pressure pops the kink out by itself in about 1/4 second or so. You wouldn't even know the hose kinked if you blinked. I have a business soft washing dirty roofs, houses and building exteriors and my employees and I absolutely love this hose.

Answer:	Yes you can. Fairly heavy duty rubber. But you should get a 6-7 foot angle iron strip and put it over the hose and anything can drive over it. Or 2 short 2ft angle iron to lay over the hose where the car wheels run. Works slick!

Answer:	I live in Michigan and vinyl hoses will rack if you leave them outside in winter. Rubber hoses will stretch if water in it expands as it freezes. I have a rubber hose that I have had for 20 years. I live in Michigan and the hose has never been inside. It has been run over by my cars many times. After 20 years it is still in perfect operating condition. Try that with even a 'high quality' vinyl hose. As an aside, it is easy to find American made rubber hoses, like this Briggs and Stratton.
Question:	Does this hose leak at the faucet or nozzle end
Answer:	It is a major hassle to coil either in a pot or just on the ground. It will continue to twist down the line as you make each loop. You have to continuously go down the line and undo the twists. It also will want to loop in the opposite direction that you are winding after you make a couple of loops. Extremely frustrating.

Answer:	I can’t see why not.
Question:	Is this is an real 3/4" 'full port' hose, or are the coupling openings smaller than 3/4", like most? Can you stick your pinky finger all the way in
Answer:	Generally I find some hoses Leach things in the interior, lots of brass will leach lead. So its best to call up companies. I am looking to replace my water safe drinking hose which I think is only water safe if you live in an area that doesn't have warm temperatures because when I first turn on my hose it's foamy. I live in Florida so now I'm going to try poses that are also rated as hot water hoses. Hear tap water starts near 70° most of the year, including most of the winter.
Question:	How to get it to coil
Answer:	I use mine for hot water in cleaning deep fryer. It is like a garden hose. I would guess that your could use it for drinking water if that's all you will use it for. Hope this helps Henry

Answer:	Don't know, but they're junk. The threads on the one I purchased were either defective or not standard compatible. It's a shame because it looked like a decent hose, but the connectors are very poor quality. Definitely not brass, some kind of a cheap alloy.

Answer:	If you want to repair or replace the brass fittings, I suspect you can. If you tear it and try to repair it with that stretch, waterproof "magic" tape, I think you can. I have this hose and I love it. I have a Flexzilla in a shorter length that I use sort of as a "connector." I LOVE this hose.

Answer:	I've used mine professionally for roof cleaning for the past 5 years. I'm looking for a replacement now as we finally wore that one out. Very flexible, no memory, and virtually kink-free. I say virtually because I had maybe 3 or 4 kinks in the past 5 years, and all but one popped the kink straight in about 1/4 second. By the time I realized there was a kink and an interruption in water flow, the water was flowing again. These hoses are amazing. I just don't understand why the cost more than doubles when you go from 5/8 inch inside diameter to 3/4 inch inside diameter.
Question:	Is this hose hard to coil? Can it be used on a reel without struggling to roll it out and back
Answer:	Yes, it will connect normally to both normal household water spigots and water hose attachments/sprayers. I've had a Flexzilla hose and used it for my professional exterior cleaning business the past few years and love it because constantly running back to find and fix a hose kink quickly becomes irritating. Each time a hose fails I replace it with another Flexzilla. When the host does kink (which is rare) it straightens itself out in about 1/4 second or so. The hose is sort of like a balloon and when it kinks, it loses pressure on one side of the kink and the other side builds up pressure and POP!, the kink straightens out. If you're not paying attention you'd probably not even notice it. Most garden hoses are 5/8 inside diameter so this 3/4" ID hose will give you a better volume throughput. Unless you want to spend a bit more for an Underhill nozzle, the "Orbitz Max Max Nozzle" is the best I've found and about the only place I can find it is at Lowe's. Just test the thumb rocker on several because some are pretty stiff. These have a larger diameter through the entire nozzle so you get a better volume of water flow all the way to the nozzle. The Orbitz nozzle is about $5 more, but well worth it.
Question:	Does this 3/4 inch hose require the use of a brass fitting from the spigot that screws in at 5/8 inch and which then screws into the hose at 3/4/ inch
Answer:	I've used this professionally for about 5 years and around the house and I love this hose, and just bought 3 more a month or so back. They will kink if there is no water pressure or water in the hose, but when it is under pressure, it almost absolutely never kinks. When it does kink, the water flow stops for about 1/4 second, then starts again as the kink pushes its way out. Even after 5 years my old hose still has a fairly bright color, but I didn't realize how much it had faded from constant sunlight. I do roof cleaning and house washes so the hose is constantly around bleach as well which could be part of the reason. It eventually developed a pinhole leak inside the green jacket and water filled part of the area between the inner and outer hose giving me some odd looking tumor looking ballooning until eventually it started leaking. At that point I bought 3 more of the Flexzilla hoses with the swivel handles and love these even more. The built in hose washer has never come out or been replaced and I've never had a leak at either end. Underhill makes a great ball valve I put on the ends of my hoses so I can swap out nozzles and such without running back to the spigot every time too. Drumm makes a good ball valve too, but it tends to hit the handle on my newer Flexzilla hoses where the angle of the handle on the Underhill is high enough to miss the hose grip.

Answer:	There is an option to purchase a quantity of either 1 or 6. I'm guessing you selected the "6". I did obtain 12 for a non-profit group in a national conservation park and they have held up well. I would, however, recommend a smaller version and buying a pruning saw. Trying to cut 2" with any pruner requires a lot of effort. I am 6' and weight 200 lbs and believe you are better off with the 20" or 24" (1.5" cutting capacity) bypass (better cut) and Corona's 10.5" razor folding saw. If you plan on doing a lot of sawing get a replacement blade at the same time. Blades are not able to be sharpened and ALWAYS end up being dull at the most inconvenient time. Corona has an excellent replacement policy if anything goes wrong. With over $2k in their tools I've only had to send back two items. One for a defective plastic latch and one for a hickory handle that broke. Honestly, the broken handle was more from my trying to cut something too big when I failed to have my saw with me.

Answer:	I found that the traps are the best I have found however I also put lime on my driveway under my car rats will literally move out I put along walls in garage and around front yard I have 3 dogs and lime is harmful to domestic animals but lime and the traps helps get rid of rats and mice very quickly
