Answer:	connecting aluminum to brass causes galvanic corrosion. i don't see a warning on the front of the package, and it's a hard-earned lesson. Good luck trying to get satisfaction. DISCONNECT aluminum from brass a few times a year to prevent.

Question:	How can i fix a split hose? I had this delivered on 7/29. there is a big split in the 100 ft hose about 12" from handle
Answer:	Try to send it back. These hoses are a waste of money. mine had like 4 leaks... it was un-fixable

Answer:	The hose comes with four extra washers. Put an extra washer in the connector to create some space for the valve and problem solved.

Answer:	LOOK AT THE PICTURE OF THE FEMALE END BY PURCHASER. LOOK AT THE SMALL RESTRICTION IN THE CENTER. THE FLOW IS ROUGHLY 5/16"-3/8". The fittings are not the problem. The restrictions to connect the metal fittings to the hose ends are much smaller than a 5/8" hose. In other words, do not expect this to supply the same amount of water as a regular 5/8" hose, much less a 3/4" hose.

Answer:	No, I have not experienced a problem. I like the hose, seems more sturdy than other "Pocket Hose Products". I have only had fro a few months this summer. Usaully these type products only last a couple of summer seasons. Will wait till the end of next summer before I can determine wether or not this product is any better than the others I have tried.

Question:	Will this hose be OK to drain hot water from a water heater
Answer:	Easy part first: Yes, this model is a hook surface. Hard part: If your polisher has its anchor above the surface of the pad, i.e., you can see a screw holding it onto your spindle, then NO, it will not fit. This item is designed for orbital action that uses a "soft center", i.e., the cushioned material covers the entire pad surface. If this describes yours, it attaches underneath the dust skirt and requires a very thin-profile wrench (which should have come with your polisher.) Hope that helps. . .
Question:	Can the sprayer be removed
Answer:	I had to buy a very thin wrench also from Porter Cable that reaches under the pad to grab and spin off the pad.It was like $3.00
Question:	What's the warranty on these
Answer:	My 6" sander came with a thin wrench (approx.1/8" thick x 9/16") and i used that to remove pad. From manual:position wrench to engage flats on spindle it may be necessary to rotate pad by hand, while holding spindle with wrench rotate pad counterclockwise to remove. then reverse procedure to install new one.
