There are 8 hole choice for adjusting height for the leg attachment to the head board. First hole on legs is 2 1/2 inches from top, then 7 more holes lower. The bottom part of the legs have approx. 4 inch slot to connect to the bedframe. So the important part for you is does your platform bed have pre-cut slot in order to connect the legs to the platform. There are numerous choice for height and very easy to assemble.

The Amazon rep was kind enough to send me a return label, and once I ship the broken hose back they'll refund the full amount. It looks like trying to chase down the seller is a waste of time, so hopefully Amazon can help you out. Definitely not buying another one of these... sure they look nice but the poor quality defeats the purpose!

Question:	Mine leak a lot when connected. My hose is very low pressure. How do I stop the leak when connected
Answer:	I have tried everything suggested here and mine still leak under regular water pressure. I added two washers to one of the female connectors that attaches to the hose and that leak stopped. I also tried different male adapters and changing out the washers on the female side. It worked good yesterday but when I used the hose this morning, it was back to leaking. I am undecided at this point if I will keep or return. I tried finding the contact info for the seller before posting here but was unable to locate an email or IM.
Question:	Are these a standard 1/4 " quick connection or are these a proprietary design
Answer:	They are a proprietary design which relies on a standard design. By that, I mean the overall design abn dimensions match standard quick connects. However, standard male fittings have an o-ring about halfway up the shaft, which serves to seal the connection. This design instead relies exclusively on using the hose washer of the female half to seal the connection. That washer has a slightly smaller-than-usual hole in the center, and this extra material is what the male quick connect compresses. Not a bad design, but I wouldn't trust these male fittings with any female fitting other than their own.

Answer:	Aluminum and brass do not play well together. Due to their makeup, one will act as a cathode and the other an anode if there is any water between the two, and the effect gets worse the higher the temperature is (if left in the sun for example). Answer:	Yes and that would make it for non potable (drinkable) water. Brass may contain up to 2% lead which can leach into the water flow. There are hoses listed with aluminum fittings which are for potable water. P.S. we all grew up drinking from the garden hose and lived to tell about it.
