Answer:	I do not know which video is being referenced. The hose looks like the one you see on the package. As a long time gardener and car washer, I've wasted money and time replacing dozens of hoses promising no kinks and a life-time of carefree usage. This one is the real deal. Might not last a "lifetime" but mine are still perfect after several years of heavy use.

Answer:	Yes, I think the pressure is very good, but the very best thing about this hose is its light weight and maneuverability.

Answer:	After 11 months Bionic Hose started to leak 6" from male end. Customer service stated hose warranty 30 day from purchase. Amazon website provided this statement -- "How does FREE Returns work? All return-eligible items, weighing under 50 lbs and sold by Amazon, have at least one free return option. You can return the item for any reason in new and unused condition for up to 30 days after purchase."

Answer:	Hose housing is not even 5/8". Inner plastic tube is about 1/2" diameter. Very poor construction and water pressure.

Answer:	The US Wire Extreme is flexible down to -94F and the Prime Arctic Blue is flexible down to -58F. The extreme cord is made of 100% TPE and is therefore much more flexible in extreme cold temps.The Prime will start to become stiff around -5F where the Extreme is still very flexible at -40F

Answer:	Yes. The 14/3 spec was what I saw in the product writeup, is what I ordered and, most importantly, is exactly what I received with the "14/3" clearly stamped in the cord cover. I have since bought 10 (ten) of these same 14/3 extension cords. They are ideal, extremely flexible, in freezing weather even better in warmer weather

Answer:	I've had this hose for a few months now and have been using it to water my lawn every day. I loved it so much I bought a second one for the front of my house. I have a 50 and 75ft. They are great, easy to move and works great on a hose cart. My family own them as well, no issues with any of the hoses and they have made things a lot easier. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I don't know where they are made, but DO NOT BUY THIS HOSE. We bought 2 of them and they both split in the middle of the hose during the first 2 weeks of normal wear and tear. They are a waste of money.

Answer:	I can get the hose onto my faucet but when I take it off the pressure of the water squirts out and I get wet. You might want to try to get an attachment with a smaller one end and a larger opening on the other end. You might want to go to Lowes or Home Depot and take the hose with you.

Answer:	No such thing as a stupid question. I have this hose running off my main spigot. It's a great hose! At the end of this hose I use brass connectors so I can easily attache and switch out a sprinkler, another hose, soaker hose, etc. I use Gilmore Quick Connect 2Pc, which I purchased on Amazon. You'll need the 2Pc, one for each side. You should be able to use the connectors to make it an extension.

Answer:	The DHC-E 8/10 is actually two models in one - it has the added advantage of select-able power output of 7.2 kW (Stage 1) or 9.6 kW (Stage 2) during installation via a jumper. There is no "Stage 1.5" for a 8 kW setting. If you want the DHC-E 8/10 unit to work at up to 8 kW, you should put the jumper into the Stage 2 slot for 9.6 kW. Question:	Well what is it folks? Is it a Great hose or is it a piece of crap hose that kink like some say
Answer:	I called the technical support number and asked your question. They said that you should disconnect the water supply and hot sides. Then it would be best to use a shop vac to blow air through the unit from the cold water supply side and that you could also add the pink anti-freeze to the unit. I know it is probably the easiest hose to handle and use that I have ever owned, just bought another one. When I used my previous kink less hoses, it was like wrestling with a 20 foot python!!
