Answer:	Yes indeed. On the drum panel that is opposite the door, there is an aerator. When you turn the drum so that the aerator vent is pointed down, the 'compost tea' will drip out.

Answer:	Yes. I add 2 to 1 ratio of "green" and 1 part "carbon/brown" . I use pine needles and cones also twigs and shredded paper bags as some examples. From what I read, that is what is needed. However I have only had it for 2 weeks so I will have to wait and see.

Question:	how high can this spray
Answer:	Sad to say but warranty is worthless. I called for over a month, everyday, was told everytime that the warranty person is unavailable and that he would call back. 2 weeks after that, some kid called and of course I was in the field unable to answer the call and that was his only attempt to call me. Due to the decline in quality of this once great product I can not recommend it to anyone.

Answer:	This is not the HD version. I believe the seals are different in the HD (Heavy Duty) version.

Answer:	The Solo tank sprayer is unique in that it uses commonly available (from any Farm supply store) sprayer tips. There are many tip patterns and output options available. The biggest selling bonus for me is that the tank material is thicker then any of the others. I replaced my 25 year old model with a new one for that reason. I can also say the pump mechanism seems to be superior as well. I have never had to replace anything on my old one except the tank. The tank cracked due to age, sun drying and regular use. Personally, I would never buy any other brand.

Answer:	You can purchase a wide variety of nozzles from any ag store that carries supplies for field sprayers (the big motorized commercial type). One of the few things I have found that is standardized. As to the "Elbow" fitting. It can be screwed off and the nozzle tip can then be screwed directly to the straight wand.

Answer:	I have not measured it but about 16-18 inches. The deal is its bigger than 1 gal. Closer to 2. I bought one for the farm as soon as I used it bought a second one. We also have a solo mist blower. Solo is second to none on sprayers. These are great compared to what you get at super stores.

Answer:	Yes. We have mixed bleach with Jomax and water to clean our siding. Just remember to thoroughly rinse the sprayer when you are finished.

Answer:	You need to measure the hose size ( ID internal diameter) of your Chapin sprayer. Most sprayers, Solo, Stihl, etc use 3/8" diameter hose. This wand has a stepped hose barb connection to accommodate 1/4" and 3/8" ID tubing. This range should cover almost all sprayers. Do not forget to purchase a replacement hose clamp.

Answer:	I do not know how long the warranty is good for, ask Amazon. I do know that I have had this sprayer for three years with no problems. As long as you don't leave spray liquid sitting in it for long periods of time and clean it well you should be able to use it for years. This sprayer is one of the best I have EVER used and I am a commercial grower and been in the business since the early eighties.
Question:	I noticed the ad includes buying a harness strap with the item. Does this mean the sprayer backpack has no straps
Answer:	Since there are metal parts, probably not.
Question:	how is the pressure developed for this product? Is the lever I see on the side moved back and forth to pressurize the tank
Answer:	WD40 is okay, but if you put some lightweight oil in and it will last and lubricate better. Been using it for years and I also live in a very cold winter area that it does its job!
Question:	How and where do you install the pressure gauge
Answer:	No, there are ridges, but not for measurement, only for secure grip. If you want to spray a dilution of some chemical/fertilizer/plant food/insecticide, you would have to measure it as per manufacturer's directions in another container that is marked for that purpose
