Answer:	Hydrophobic fluids need a stabilizer, you can’t have pure hydrophobic extract... look at any of the other providers that use hydrophobic extract of neem oil and it will be a 70%/30% mix! If you want 100% neem oil, the product won’t be an extract and the instructions will tell you that you have to add dish soap + only to mix up what can be used immediately

I wonderered why it mixes so easily with water. The good thing is it only takes 2 table spoons to the gallon and seems to be doing the job it states it will.

Answer:	Bonnie the Neem oil doesn't appear to kill Japaneese beetles. We have the beetles and we spray the plants but they keep eating the plants. The only thing that seems to work is to pull the beetles off and step on them. I hope this is hepful.

Answer:	I have not measured it but about 16-18 inches. The deal is its bigger than 1 gal. Closer to 2. I bought one for the farm as soon as I used it bought a second one. We also have a solo mist blower. Solo is second to none on sprayers. These are great compared to what you get at super stores.

Experiencing pressure loss?

Most commonly the seals are involved - dirt around the seals, worn out seals, or seals needing lubrication. Follow the steps below to bring your sprayer back to life.

Clean Your Sprayer After Each Use

We recommend thoroughly cleaning the tank, pump and shut-off with water after each use. This will ensure the chemicals do not build up and clog the nozzles or damage the seals and gaskets.

Inspecting and Replacing Pump Gasket

Remove pump from tank. The grey pump gasket can be found on top of the pump threads. If there is dirt or debris present, it can cause the sprayer to lose pressure. You can simply wipe the pump gasket and pump threads with a clean cloth and then lubricate gasket with a light oil (i.e., 3-In-One Multi-Purpose Oil). If it is chipped, worn or swollen, remove and replace with new gasket.

Dissemble Pump

With pump removed from the tank, lift handle and extend pump rod/piston all the way up. Then push in the two tabs (using a flat screwdriver) located on each side of the pump cylinder and pry up pump cap.

Remove Pump Piston

Once the tabs are disengaged, you can separate the pump cylinder from the pump cap.

Inspect Pump Piston O-Ring

The o-ring is located at the bottom of the pump piston. If worn or damaged, it should be replaced. If it appears to be in good condition, lubricate with petroleum jelly to ensure a nice, tight seal within the pump cylinder.

Pump Check Valve

The check valve is located on the bottom of the pump cylinder. Sometimes dirt or debris can get caught under it causing the sprayer to lose pressure. The check valve can easily be removed, wiped clean, and put back into place. If it is cracked, misshaped or worn, replace with a new check valve.

Answer:	If you are experiencing a loss in pressure in the hose it could be due to a clogged filter on the end of the dip tube. You should release the pressure from the tank and then remove the hose. Once the hose is removed from the tank you can pull the filter off the end of the dip tube and clean it. Answer:	It would work but as far as wet snd forget goes.... 30 second outdoor cleaner is waaay better! Spray pattern width depends how far away you are it’s sufficient and can also stream too it’s a good sprayer

Answer:	This sprayer unit has a 3/8” barb, the part that goes inside the hose. Measure the inside diameter of the hose on your sprayer. If it’s 3/8”, this will fit. If it’s not 3/8” inside diameter, look for another wand with the correct size barb.

Question:	I have a smith pro contractor backpack sprayer that i bought from costco. will this be compatible with it
Answer:	I have both. The Smith has higher quality components (much more comfortable straps, metal wand). The straps alone are worth the extra money if this is a daily tool (which it is for me). I use the field King for specialty herbicide applications where I don't want to use other backpacks that have cross contamination. Because I only do these specialty applications maybe 5 times a year, I got the cheaper field King because it sits on the shelf most of the time. So basically it comes down to frequency of use IMO. If you use it a lot, just get the Smith. If it's light duty use, the Field King should serve you well

Answer:	Unfortunately diesel would not work in this sprayer as diesel is very hard on seals. We suggest the Smith Performance Stainless Steel Sprayer with Viton Extreme seals. Question:	Will this work with a FlowZone backpack sprayer
Answer:	Simply set the sprayer up on a work bench or anything that is approximately 36" high. Stoop down as much as needed (depending on how tall you are) then back into the sprayer and slide the shoulder straps over your shoulders and stand up and buckle the straps. I just use the lower strap only. I don't use the upper strap because the shoulder pads are wide enough that they don't fall off my shoulders. Hope this helps. John Smith

Answer:	No pressure regulator; however, you pump the handle about 5 or 6 times to build pressure in the tank. You then pump every 6 or 8 seconds to maintain an even pressure. The spray is released at a constant rate as long as you maintain your pump action and therefore, a relatively even pressure in the tank. I have sprayed about 50 acres over past couple years with herbicide for individual plant treatment with excellent results.
