Maybe I'd suggest rigged boards placed on top of cabinet first to disperse the weight

Answer:	I haven't used it for organic fertilizers but as long as the solids are soluble in water, it should work. If they are not soluble, they will likely clog up the spray head.

Answer:	try tightening it but if not return it or ask the manufacturer about it. Just remember to clean the tank and sprayer out after each use as whatever chemicals you're using could corrode the unit. Hope this helps
