Answer:	Not sure if this product has changed but I ordered this product (Slimline Light 3-step) and the top step when open is only 25.5“ off the ground, which is really disappointing since I made sure to read all of these Q&A and specs before purchasing....

Question:	How do I disassemble it? Mine leaks bad at input connection
Answer:	The bottom step is 17" wide the top step is 11" wide. These dimensions are inside the frame. It is 4-1/2" thick when folded. I'am not sure where the 23" comes from, it is 21" outside the frame at the bottom. All in all I like it. It seems a little wobbly but when you get on it it firms up a lot. Looked at it on other sights and it was a lot more money. I would buy it again.

Answer:	The blue capped ladder 15.5 did fit in the canvas bag. I travelled weekly and the bag will last about 6-8 weeks. Travel is rough on it. Hope that helps.

Answer:	This ladder is designed to be opened up--the bottoms of the legs are flat and have almost circular plastic "feet". This means if you lean the latter unopened against a wall, only a very tiny potion of 2 fee will touch the floor. I would not try this myself and have found after paining the interior of my house that ladders are best place at a distance from the wall; otherwise, I needed to bend backwards. Hope this is helpful.

Answer:	Hi Janet,To Answer your question, steps are about 2 3/4 inches deep.The top step is a double-wide, so that is pretty good.I have 8 stepladders of various sizes. 3-6 ft.wood, fiberglass and aluminum.This has quickly become my favorite ladder for interior work! It's the first one I grab.It is feather light- one finger! I can tuck it under my arm and grab some tools and go - 1 trip.I needed the 4 step because I have tall ceilings.I would NOT use this for exterior work - it is not the stiffest model out there.If you can only have one ladder, get a 4-6 ft "blue" fiberglass from Lowes.If you need something for the kitchen pantry and "around the house", this is the ONE!My only complaints:+ is that it's not the sturdiest ladder. What can you expect from such a lightweight ladder?+ It doesn't have a "tool shelf" to place tools/ paint brushes on.

Another dimension: The safety hoop sticks up 17" above the last step for balance while standing on the top step. {It took me 2 months to reply because ladder is at my previous house.} I like this ladder because it is easy to carry up & down stairs. Too light for daily use as workman's ladder but solid and stable when you are on it.

Question:	Sprayer adjustment- fine mist- how do i get the sprayer i bought to spray a fine mist? it just trickles out in a suedo stream....not useable as is
Answer:	A fine mist is essential if you want to spray leaves (tops and bottoms) evenly without excess dripping. To achieve this you will need about 70 psi (pressure) at the nozzle. These cheap little sprayers don't come close to this achieving this pressure. You'll need to buy a professional sprayer.
Question:	Would this work for insectiside inside your home
Answer:	This sprayer can be used with insecticide. This can be used inside the home per the user's discretion. The spray pattern can be adjusted down to a mist.
Question:	I want to use a mixture of Dawn detergent, vinegar and epsom salt as a weed killer. Will this sprayer be able to handle that mixture or will it clog
Answer:	I would guess it can handle it as long as the mixture is thin (like water) . When finished, you'll need to rinse it VERY well because the detergent turns gummy if left to dry on surfaces. I have no idea what epsom salt will do when it dries. I would rinse the container out twice after wiping the insides down really well on the first rinse. then I would run a couple of (good) water loads through the hose and nozzle. ('Good' water is like city water compared to some well water which has a high mineral count and leaves a residue when it dries. You don't want that in the hose, nozzle or pump!)
