That was in the 5 year old bottle and it still works like a charm. I've used other solutions (after washing out the old ones) and haven't had any problems. Probably washing it out occasionally has kept it lasting longer.

Answer:	That's very bizarre... Sounds defective. I did not have any issues. Is there anything obstructing the spout? The spout is a significant size, so I am surprised not a lot of water is coming out...

Question:	does it come with the exact trigger in the picture
Answer:	It mists for a while, then it turns into more of a stream. I think this is because of the consistency of the oil. Most non aerosol oil sprayers you buy will eventually stream out. However, I don't find this a problem since I'm using the oil I prefer and not buying plastic containers. Once you spray oil in a pan or food, it will spread around once it is heated and cooking.
