Answer:	Worse - Bottle I received August 2018 lists first ingredient as "Calcium (as Calcium Citrate, Calcium Hydroxide)" No indication of the ratio. Calcium hydroxide has much higher calcium per volume, so it may be less calcium citrate. Don't know. Magnesium is listed as Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Citrate. Again, no info on ratio.

Answer:	This pill is coated. I have no difficulty swallowing it, but then I take 8 pills at once. It is fairly large, so if you find it too big, you can easily cut it with a pill splitter. I find it one of the best pills, since not many of the ones I have found have 500 mg. per pill. Most others have either 250 or 333 mg. os calcium, so you end up taking a lot more pills.

Answer:	The Bone Solid is really more for osteoporosis vs everyday use. It has a higher percentage of the crucial calcium hydroxyapatite and provides other minerals as well, such as boron, zinc, etc. Both are very good, as are all Country Life cal-mag products, which I believe to be the best on the market. Answer:	I know this is an old question, but for future readers, please be aware that CA Prop 65 is referred to as the Life Causes Death rule. I'm very cautious about the supplements and pharmaceuticals I use and this Prop has never deterred me from making an educated decision. It really is the most over-reaching Prop in recent history and it is just another way CA is trying to exert control over the population.
