Grilled Steak and Vegetables with Seeds of Change Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Simmer

This Japanese-inspired dish is perfect when you want a meal that’s savory and satisfying. Organic Seeds of Change simmer sauce marinates the steak to tender, succulent perfection, and the vegetables and whole grains round out the meal with even more flavor.

Prep Time: 15 minutes Marinating Time: 2 hours Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 4.

Directions

1. Place steak and ½ package of Seeds of Change Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Simmer Sauce in plastic zip-top bag.

2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

3. Heat grill to medium high heat.

4. Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.

5. Place steak on grill, cover, and cook 5 minutes.

6. Turn over steak and continue cooking until center is pink about 4 to 5 minutes.

7. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut steak across grain into slices; set aside.

8. Meanwhile, heat oil in 10-inch skillet, over medium heat.

9. Add carrots, celery and onion.

10. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp tender (5 to 6 minutes).
