Answer:	Most seeds last for years if properly stored. After a few years though they start taking longer to germinate and the rate of germination decreases. Also keep in mind that these produce seed that you can save too. To properly store them put them in a zip-lock bag and put them in the refrigerator. They should be good for years.

Answer:	You’re wrong if you say these are not edible. In India we grow green beans like that and we call them ‘sheem”, these are totally edible, very delicious vegetable. You may want to google and youtube that.

How to Grow Clematis from Seed

In either case, if there's a healthy part of the cutting, such as an end that is still green and firm, you can cut that part (not less than 2 inches long) and have a good chance at rooting that section, saving the plant.

Answer:	I am not expert, but since it is a perennial, I think it should be fine in the temperate climate in Atlanta. I live in Dallas and just plan on mulching around the plant in the fall or after the growth stops.

Answer:	I don't think the one I received was even that long.... and it hasn't grown an inch in the 2-3 months I have had it. I planted it in a nice sunny spot (next to one of my roses) and the thing just sits there. The very top was broken off either in mailing or when I planted it. It has not recovered that top. The rest of the plant looks fine and healthy.
