The caveat is though, like any tall fescue, if the turf stand is thin, the tall fescue blades will widen significantly to fill the space. Once the space thickens, the tall fescue blades width will come back down to normal. The trick is to to keep your stand thick via good cultural practices and this will be a good looking turf.
