Answer:	The product listed is "Tall Fescue" which is a cool-season grass, not meant for south Florida.

Answer:	Don't overwater, just mist it daily to keep the seeds moist. Also you should put a little soil over the seed or scratch them into the soil otherwise they wont grow if just laying on top of the soil.

Answer:	I am not sure but I am planning to toss some more out over the few bare batches I have remaining within the next couple of weeks. I don't know where you live so I guess it depends on the weather. I live in Clovis, CA and it is supposed to be 87 degrees today with the temperature in the next week or so being 89, 92, 85, 83, and then mid to upper 70's for a while. If you live in a similar area, you are probably safe to plant. I think with temps in the 70's and good watering, the grass should get off to a good start. As far as growing in the Fall, our lawn stayed green all Winter. We had very few freezes last year and none of the grass died. Good luck.

Answer:	Unlike others surfactants that just makes standing water thinner to seep through cracks in soil. This works on the physical soil structure. When combined with water it surrounds the soil colloid. Slowly surrounding that colloid and it begins to separate its bond with other soil colloids. it adheres a micro film bubble around the colloid keeping it separate. If you apply and find it didn't work up to your expectation. You most likely either have a severe compaction problem or real dry soil. Question:	My house is a new construction home so our backyard has nothing the seed they put barely grew. Would this work for grass to grow
Answer:	Yes - but, first apply a thin layer of fertilizer, then sprinkle in into your soil a bit before applying Scotts 30158 and watering according to instructions on the package. You will want to wait until the grass is at least 3-1/2" before mowing and use only a push type mower for the first several months. Don't cut lower than about 3".

Answer:	Perennial eyeglass,red fescue and bluegrass.

Question:	Is scotts zoysia grass ok for central il? neighbors appear to have it (telltale yellow in winter). i plan to seed into fescue/ bluegrass w/ 5-6hr sun
Answer:	It will be probably be ok in Illinois. I have it in PA and it does fine. But it does turn white in early winter and stays that way till May till all of the dead grass disappears. The advantages in my opinion far out way the that. They are, when it fully takes hold, the thickness, slow growing, drought resistance, and it chokes out weeds because it is so thick. However I did not have good luck with this seed and planting plugs are a pain in the but. Hope this helps.
