Answer:	Have a timer on your faucet. You may buy a timer with batteries, or one that that your turn one for a specific amount of time. You may use a small extension hose of superior quality going from under the deck to the accessible loacation, and, put your manual timer on it. I have created an entire automatice watering system that way. It is easy. Small batteries operating as a very good irrigation system.
