Answer:	It depends on the lowest temperature in the area and what kind of flowers they are. If they are annual flowers, the answer is no, if they are perennial flowers, they might. If they are supposed to be indoors, they probably won't make. They might make in a neighbors garage if she waters them a little every week.

Answer:	There are no hooks. These are 1/2 circles. The two ends that go in the ground have points and are easy to insert into soil. You can determine how far you want to press them into the ground based on your weather and winds. About 4 inches on each side has worked fine with some winds and rain.

Answer:	Binder clips sound like a great idea. I just measured the diameter of the hoops and they are a smidge over 5/16 of an inch in diameter. I just tried a clip that is 1 1/4 inch wide by 3/4 inch deep and it works fine.
