Answer:	I was missing a caster (3"). Harper is sending a replacement. I'm guessing the wheels are 6".

Answer:	I have had both styles. I much prefer the flat free. the outgassing (smell of rubber) of the inflatable tires never went away. you do not have to worry about the tires being underinflated or deflated when you are using the hand truck.

Answer:	Both sides have the same pseudo-nut with a cotter pin through it. I didn't disassemble my hand truck to look at it more carefully. I suggest you take off the remaining nut and cotter pin and take it to a hardware store to get a replacement. They should have something that fits, and you'll have this working again quickly. I'm not sure I understand how you managed to knock the cotter pin out and lose the nut under normal use, though. Last suggestion: contact the manufacturer who might be willing to provide a replacement. I would start with your local store first, taking in the remaining pin and possibly the axle.

Answer:	Our tires we t flat so we filled them with Green 'Slime'. Slime is a great product. Tires have held air since then.

Answer:	The pin needs to be opened a little bit first by inserting a screw diver in between and prying the pin apart. Then use pointed pliers and pinch the pin together and insert it into the hole of the steel rod (axel). Once in, split the pin open and bend it backwards to prevent the wheel from coming off.

In the case of a small diameter wheel the impact reliance isumited to a pretty slow rotational speed ( little wheels generally are not used in hivh speed rugged applications so the question seems to be is a hard 15rh bet wheel a reasonable choice for a low speed 2 wheel dolly application. The answer to that is absolutely. My hand try k performs absolutely fine with solid wheels and eliminates the ever annoying flat tire syndrome that occur with both tube and tubeless tires that tend to become weak and porous over time. Answer:	Yes, wheels move smoothly. The first time I used this cart, I just stack package on the hand truck casually. There was a little problem when I pushed it. So I contacted the customer service for help and they told me to place the center gravity of the stuff in the middle of the truck base. There is no doubt that it work better. Great product, good service. Highly recommend it!

Answer:	This bungee cord is very convenient to carry goods with large size and it is 2 meters long and 2.5 centimeters wide, which make its elastic force triple of the common bungee cords. This cord can also be used to bind things in our daily life and very flexible.
Question:	what are the wheels made of - is air ever required
Answer:	No, these wheels are solid and do not require any air. They have some give but rather minimal and one feels small imperfections in the surface the hand truck is rolling on. The second set of wheels is very helpful; when properly (evenly) loaded, the hand truck will stand upright on its own but these wheels are not casters and will not change direction. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.
