Answer:	For the handle length... it's difficult to measure as you don't know where it starts and how long the handle is unextended. It only pulls out 12" from it's original position. However from the ground up, it measures 41 1/2" so that's reasonably long for a tall person to pull behind them.

Answer:	I believe it is a form of synthetic rubber. I do not know how much gravel is in your path that you speak of, but in my experience, it would not be a problem. Especially because of the large wheels that assist on non flat paths.

Answer:	You can get this, but you’re going to hate your life when you try to pull it across the sand!!! I own a beach rental supply company and I live at the beach year round. This model’s tires are too narrow. It will sink in the sand. There is another model that has wide tires (approx 6” wide each). THAT is the one that will roll MUCH easier over the sand!!! And it’s awesome. It’s the only one I offer to my customers.

I loaded down my wagon and took it for a spin on our sidewalk that has expansion joints and took a good listen. What I heard was a quiet roll that one would expect if they were rolling a quality piece of luggage and it traveled over the expansion joints with ease. I would use it in a condo setting. Question:	What are the interior measurements of the storage area
Answer:	It can definitely hold your dog's weight. But be careful on sharp turns or inclines as it can tip over pretty easy. You would also want to put a pad or blanket on the bottom as the support rods do not make for a comfortable ride.
Question:	besides the pad that goes at the bottom is there any metal frame to support the bottom or is the bottom entire soft material
Answer:	We love this wagon, it really goes through anything and is easy to pull. If you were to turn the front of the wagon too sharply it would tip over. But, our granddaughters (9 and 7 years old) love to get in it and "drive" it rather fast down our driveway. The 10-year-old is really good at steering it, and they don't tip it over... It's a great wagon, but, yes, it could tip over if turned too sharply. If you're just walking in front of it, pulling it along behind you, you would totally be in control of whether it's going to tip over or not. I'm sure the manufacturer wasn't planning on my granddaughters riding it down the driveway. (It works great at the beach and carries a lot!)
Question:	Are the wheels rubber and do they swivel
Answer:	We live in Florida and take this wagon to the beach weekly. We picked this one because of the thickness of the wheels. We see tons of wagons at every beach weekly and this one by far is easier to pull and more stable than the others we have seen. And we love the pop up drink tray at the end of the wagon.
