Answer:	Mine flickered a bit when I first started using it. It turned out that the USB connector that plugs into the included charging block wasn't seated properly (I didn't plug it in snugly). I just unplugged the USB connector, made sure it was clean, plugged it back in, and the flicker is no more. Be advised that the included charging block will get very hot after a few hours if you lay it on a soft surface like carpet or any kind of cloth. Make sure to lay the charging block on a hard surface and that it is not covered up, etc., so that it can dissipate heat.
Question:	Why is it that other sellers are selling this exact same light but they say it’s 40 watts instead of 80 watts like you are stating
Answer:	The picture of the input says 5V and 2A, 5x2=10. This is a 10 watt max led light, per their own specs. They can say "comparable" to 40 watt incandescent, but that depends on who is doing the comparison. It cannot be anything more than 10Watts since that is the amount of input.

Question:	What is the actual power draw of this light? the description says 66 and 75 watts, but those must be weird 'equivalent' figures, not actual draw
Answer:	A very good review said: "The wall-wart power supply is rated at a max 12 Watts, and because it is likely conservatively chosen, the actual Watt rating must be a lot less than 12. Thus, it will use very little electricity and be cheap to operate." That's full power and all 3 lights, it is can use a lot less power. LED's are known for their lower power usage, so these figures seem correct. My best guess is that the lights actually use 8W at full capacity.

Answer:	I am getting new growth and have some plants even blooming to my surprise. The area the plants are in stays in the mid 50's. So I don't expect much.

Answer:	Depends on how much light your plants need. I have two of these in my recessed light sockets in my bathroom. I leave that light on during the day to give my "low to bright indirect light" plants some extra light. My bathroom is east facing and it's winter right now so they wouldn't get much light otherwise. I have a Trandescantia Zebrina, Dracaena Dorado, N Joy Pothos and an Alocasia Polly in my bathroom and they all seem happy.

Answer:	I have two of these grow lights and both work well. I use these to grow seedlings for my garden. I don't use them to fully grow plants to maturity. I like these lights a lot. Answer:	My fixture is hanging, but it is lukewarm to the touch, i.e. body temperature, more ore less. I am fairly confident that it will not burn a wall, either painted or not. The tubes would set about 3/8 inch from the surface if attached to a wall by the screw holes.

Answer:	Hi customer, thanks for your interest on our product, the spectrum you use in different stages will affect the plant’s growing patterns. -Blue lights (400nm – 500nm): Blue lights are often used in the vegetative stage of growth. That’s because this spectrum mimics the sunlight during summertime. Plants use this blue spectrum as a hint to spread its leaves in order to soak up as much sun as possible during the summer. It’s recommended to use blue light during the plant’s vegetative stage so it spreads and grows leafy. However, if you use blue light throughout growing you’ll get plants with short stems but with large healthy leaves. -Red lights (660nm – 730nm): Red or yellow lights are often used in the flowering stage of growth.
