Answer:	Have not seen Any heater available for this item. It's plastic and no location for a heater to be installed if there was one available for it.

Answer:	I would not hang the 5 gallon waterer by the handle or with a chain. I don't believe the handle would hold the weight

Question:	How would you recommend to heat the water in the winter
Answer:	This bucket with the cups will not work in the winter in freezing temperatures. Unless you shine a heat lamp on both sides at the elbows and cups, they will freeze. We recommend swapping the cups with horizontal chicken nipples in the winter and adding a heater such as the Farm Innovators c-50 heater to the bucket. The horizontal nipples do not freeze and do very well if the bucket has a heater. The only way to keep the cups going in the winter is to have them in temperatures above 32' Fahrenheit. Question:	How would you recommend to heat the water in the winter
Answer:	Everyone that replied is correct. This will not work well in the winter as you can heat the water in the bucket but the water in the elbows and in the cup would freeze. You can shine a light or heat lamp at the cups but that's a fire hazard and we don't recommend it. What you CAN do is to swap out the cups and elbows for RentACoop's Horizontal Poultry nipples. These nipples require the same size hole as the cups and elbows so they are interchangeable AND they do not freeze in the winter as long as the water in the bucket has a heater. Question:	I am having trouble getting the chickens to drink from this after having used different systems previously. Any suggestions
Answer:	I hung the feeder with the drinking ports about head height for my chickens and put a bowl of water on the ground below it. The chickens switched to the new system in about 48 hours. I'm wondering if you could put a little yogurt on each drinking nipple for incentive. My chickens LOVE yogurt!!! Good luck. I still think this system is the best thing ever for easy and low maintenance care.
Question:	The handle on my bucket isn't tall enough to hang thr waterer with the no roost cone. Can I get a replacement

I could fill it or add water without taking to hold thing down, which I did to clean it which was less often than just adding water from the top thru the hole in the red top. I found it practically impossible to remove the red top. I used everything like pliers but it was still too tight. I should've sent it back for that reason.

Instructions: remove the lid, Insert the De-Icer all the way to the bottom of the waterer, add the water and connect the De-Icer to power. Answer:	We have had great luck with chicks 7-10 days old. So yes, 1-4 week old chicks should be able to figure it out just fine. Earlier than 7 days are not strong enough or aware enough to use this nipple. The RentACoop Team

Step 1. Using a 9mm drill bit, drill a hole in the side of the container for each cup.

Step 2. Remove any burrs or debris from around each drill hole.

Step 3. Remove wingnut and insert cup assembly into the hole until the rubber washer contacts the outside of the container.

Step 4. Hold the cup in place ensure the correct position while screwing the wingnut onto the thread inside the bucket and tighten by hand.

Step 5. Thoroughly wash out the container after installation, to ensure that it is free of all residual debris. Dirt and plastic shavings may cause water cups to stop functioning correctly.

Step 6. Find a location to place or hang the container so the cups are at a suitable height for your birds.

Answer:	It is a regular 5 gallon bucket, around 30inches. Great waterer except the handle is not strong, it didn't last a full year hanging from a chain. We are drilling new holes to reattach though. Really is best we have used and we have tried a lot of waterers! Sorry, more than you asked.
