Answer:	It may, as electric net is meant to be a psychological/pain barrier rather than a physical barrier. The key will be to make sure the fence is properly energized and then train the dogs to the fence by baiting it so they will touch it and receive a few experiences. This can be done placing some type of food on or next to the fence, such as peanut butter, honey, etc., so they will touch it and receive a shock. Once they have received a few shocks, they usually are much less likely to wish to challenge it. After erecting and charging the fence, you will need to test your fence with a fence tester to verify that it has adequate charge. You want it to test at a minimum of 3,000 volts at the point on the fence that is furthest from the fence energizer. We do also have 48" PoultryNet and Chicken Net, if you wish to try a taller net.

Pigs occasionally will charge forward when receiving a shock, so it is best that they experience it inside a permanent enclosure first so they learn to respect the fence. While this fence is more versatile for more types of animal species, our Pig QuikFence (Item 208062) is designed specifically for pigs and would be a better choice if pigs are the only type of animal being contained.

Answer:	It will contain horses, but was designed for sheep & goats. However, our item 208022 - Horse QuikFence was designed specifically for horses. All electric nets and fences must be properly energized to be effective.

Answer:	You may be able to, but it will depend if your energizer is large enough to handle the additional fencing and also be sure that it is an intermittent pulse energizer and not a one with continuous current.
Question:	Has anyone had their kid accidentally touch the fence when electrified? Is it just like a shock from a 9 volt battery
Answer:	I jumper mine off a wire from my cattle pastier with a 100 mi fencer. It hurts but the sheep are smart. If you fall behind on moving it so they need to start looking for taller grass, they will test it or sometimes push each other into it and knock it down. I have 2 and hook them together. For the most part it has worked great for me as long as I have hay for them when I am running short on time. I recommend the thick corner post and use twine to tie them to a T-post on the out side to keep it tight, tie in 2 places on each corner post top and middle or if it is hot out the poles will bow.

Answer:	The 35" ElectroNet net is not designed to be used with chickens, as the openings at the bottom of the net are large enough for them to get through. Question:	This is working great for deer but the squirrels are coming over the top. I can fix that but does anyone know if they fit between the squares
Answer:	I have no experience of trying to keep squirrels out. I suspect young, smaller squirrels can go right through the squares – maybe the adults, too! They might be able to chew a hole or dig under, as well. Certainly the sellers nor the manufacturer make any claims about squirrels, just lots of success keeping deer out.
Question:	If this is a 'second generation' of fencing, does that mean it is better than the Tenax Heavy Duty UV-Resistant Polypropylene Mesh Deer Fencing
Answer:	From the specs they look the same. However the C Flex fence is the newer product and is the one that Tenax is supplying its distributors with now. If you want a fence that is more heavy duty I would suggest the C Flex P or the C Flex HD over the standard.
Question:	I want to cover a 65'x35' pond to keep leaves out. will the c flex tenax deer fence work
Answer:	Interesting idea. The mesh is 2" x 1.75", so it would do well with a larger leaf, but this stuff is strong and heavy enough to withstand a running deer strike. I would think it would overkill for leaves. I'm not even sure the net would float. It certainly would be strong enough to tension over a flat surface, like a pond. It doesn't stretch, but it would sag some. You'd have to join several lengths together to get the width you need. This would be a total bear to handle as a 65' x 35' sheet. You could roll it up, but it's too stiff to fold easily. There are bird nets for fruit crops that might be more suited to your use.
Question:	Is this similar to the fencing used by pet playground
Answer:	Tenax Deer Fence Select and Tenax Pet Fence Select is the same product. 7.5' is for deer protection and 4' & 5' are recommend for pet containment.

Answer:	Yes, the ElectroStop will work with hogs. We do recommend training the hogs to the fence by initially setting it up 1 -2 feet inside of a permanent fence that the pigs are unable to get through. Answer:	I never got mine to work, so I called the manufacturer and they told me that they knew there was a lot of problems with this model and the seller was less than helpful. I would buy another one. I tried charging for 3 days too.

Answer:	Yes, that is what I'm using. The poly rope has wire woven in the rope itself along with the poly.

Answer:	I believe the answer to be NO - the reason being that your fence is most likely grounded in which case hooking the charger to the fence would cause the charger to short out. Should your fence be built with wooden posts, then using standoff insulators you can install wires at whatever height you need and then hook the charger to them. I hope this helps.

Answer:	This solar powered energizer is designed to be kept outdoors without a cover over it. The instructions are referring to keeping the AC and DC powered chargers out of rain.

Answer:	For a full charge yes. If it is brilliant sunshine 2 days will do it, if it is still sunny when you start using it.

Answer:	I am not exactly certain what you mean. However it comes mostly set up. You take a few ties off and unroll it. Very easy, very good quality. We really like our fence.
