Question:	Why do these pencils only have numbers in place of putting/naming the actual color?? I don't see well and trying to distinguish colors is difficult
Answer:	The set does come with a white pencil.

Question:	Is the pressure that is required to use this pen the same as the regular Zebra Sarasa 1.0mm? I had a hand injury and need to apply little pressure
Answer:	Not familiar with the Sarasa 1.0mm. The Z-grip pens require a normal amount of pressure. I do a lot of writing and the pressure doesn't bother me, but I've not had a hand injury so I can't speak to that. To go with less pressure I'd think you need a gel based pen like the pilot G-2 pen. I love the G-2's as well but it's a lot thicker line, which may not always be convenient.
Question:	What color is the barrel? Is it tinted black or is it clear and completely transparent
Answer:	We recently transitioned the ZEBRA Z-Grip Retractable Ballpoint pen from a clear barrel with oil based ink, to a translucent tinted barrel with low viscosity ink. We cannot guarantee that all of our customers inventory has transitioned.
Question:	I am looking for the old style ballpoint pen, not a rollerball. are these pens the old fashioned ballpoint style or the roller ball style
Answer:	Thanks for your question. It's the new style. I'm kinda like you I wish a lot of things were like they used to be. I use them they the rubber feel and are really light. But remember if you did want to take a chance and try them out and if for some reason you don't like them you can return them with no questions asked. Question:	Does this pen have a fast drying "gel" ink
Answer:	Hi David, these Z-Grips are ballpoint pens and do not contain gel ink. If you're looking for a gel pen, I would recommend our Sarasa gel pens that DO contain fast drying ink that's tested by an independent 3rd party lab to be faster or as fast as the competition.

Answer:	Mine did not smudge.

Answer:	very fine, 0.38mm. super smooth. I work in the Medical field and use it for charting! I may buy it again.

Answer:	They only bleed through thin paper if you try to color with these pens, but regular printer paper they do not bleed through. When I write with these pens on thin paper, they do not bleed through so if you're using them to write, you should be fine.

Question:	Airplane safe
Answer:	It will hold 45-50 pounds, but the strap will cut into your shoulder. If you plan on carrying more that 15lbs, I would recommend buying a shoulder pad for the strap

Answer:	I suppose there could be some variance due to sewing, so I got out my measuring tape. Mine measures 18 3/4 x 12 3/4 x 6 1/4, seam to seam, and definitely fits under an airplane seat. Hope this helps.
Question:	Is the ink waterproof
Answer:	"Packability" is a better way to quantify/ qualify this piece of luggage. Although dimensions are similar to most larger end "carry-on", I have packed astounding amounts of clothing in my eagle creek bag. Enough for 2-3 weeks of travel. I've used similar styles of Eagle creek bags for over 20 years. Love'em

Question:	Looking for a decent pen to write out wedding invitations. Also a lefty so need one that doesn't smudge. Is this a good pen for that sort of thing
Answer:	I am a lefty and cannot use G2 pens. Not only do they smudge a lot, but at the angle I write, the roller ball gets stuck in the ball point and doesn't write with smooth lines. Sometimes no ink comes out then a big blob of ink.

Answer:	I've been using these pens daily at work for years & never had one leak... Are you keeping them in a hot car or a bag/pocket that may be getting smashed? I can't think of how they could be leaking unless they were damaged in some way, possibly during shipping?
