Answer:	Chances are that it is a standardized size so will mostly fit but if you have the pen handy the the diameter for this capsule is roughly 4/16th of an inch or 1/4th inch and near an 1-1/2 inches from end to end. these do plug into an adapter so you can take off a little bit of that for installation. but as for specifically if it will fit a "muji fountain pen" i don't know I dont have one. How to fill a fountain pen with cartridges:



Insert the narrow end of the new cartridge into the black of section block with enough pressure to create a snug fit. The pin inside the section block will puncture the seal of the cartridges, allowing ink to flow into the section block. Screw the barrel on over the cartridge into the section block.

When you fill the pen at the first time, you can swing the pen to make a few drops of ink coming out of the nib, so that it can flow easily.

Answer:	Caran d'Ache has a proprietary refill that is very similar to, but not interchangeable with this Parker-G2-style refill. I don't know if the Leman ballpoint pen takes the standard Caran d'Ache ballpoint refill or something different. If it takes the Caran d'Ache ballpoint refill, you can get one of those, or you could use a Ballograf refill. These Parker style refills could probably be modified to fit if you shorten them by about 2 mm by filing, sanding or cutting the plastic back of the refill down.
